Best Corporate Events & TeamBuilding is an Invaluable Partner! They were there every step of the way to customize the TeamBuilding to fit the client’s expectations. Our client had done a boat building teambuilding in the past and we blew away her expectations. She was thrilled with the support prior and loved Paul our on-sites ability to go with the fluid nature of the event. The best part is the group had a blast! We are looking forward to many more programs together in the future!
Your Competition to Collaboration program did a great job making connections between the workplace and the activities. We’ve done about 7 other activities as an office and none made the connection between how we work together in and outside the office as well as this event. The wrap up at the end, where your lead facilitator made parallels between situations that we experienced in the team building exercises with situations that may/may not occur in the office, was great debrief.
Everyone was engaged and active, from the first warm-up activity through the end thanks to your great facilitator. He was one of the best I’ve seen in 13 years; clear, engaging, respectful, adapted the basic plan to our requirements flawlessly and had enough energy to drive home the transfer of learning to real-world work in the debrief. Our group loved working together on the Catapult construction. I’ll pass our experience on to the other IPTD facilitators. I suspect you’ll hear from one of them soon.
Our group liked the competitive aspect of our Build-a-Raft Competition and being outside and getting in the water. They enjoyed working together in their teams and building the rafts so they could compete against one another. The program was very organized and as whole, they loved the activities.
Our day of fun and games was very well organized and your lead facilitator was able to maintain a good energy throughout the day. We did A Minute 2 Win it in the morning and Team Olympics in the afternoon. They were good team building activities, high-energy, and they allow for the entire group to go back to childhood and not worry about what others thought and have fun without thinking about work. A lot of FUN! The consensus of the group was that it was a very fun day. Someone even said this was the best retreat they had been to since they started in the unit. Thank you!
It was great to see people working together in person to complete a project, people who usually work on the phone together, some not at all, to complete a very time consuming task. In my opinion, the most fun was watching and participating in the go-kart race and the beginning icebreaker. I appreciated everything starting and ending on time. Time management is very important to the Quality Team, especially since our time was limited. Judging from the looks on everyone’s face, everyone really enjoyed it. We’ll recommend it to anyone!
Our Igniting Team Performance and SmartHunt events were extremely well organized. Being able to incorporate the activities all outdoors and making it more social was a great team builder for our group. Your facilitator was an excellent program leader. Both programs were great and our group really enjoyed all aspects of the events.

Keynote Speaker is an often-misunderstood term associated with simply a motivational speaker, breakout speaker, industry expert, etc. Most professional speakers are not actual trained Keynote Speakers, who are specialists, therefore in much lower supply, and in higher demand.
Keynote Speakers are experienced, professional communicators who engage an audience, capturing the essence of a client’s meeting. They are able to highlight it to their audience while simultaneously delivering their own key concepts and proprietary content in an entertaining and impactful way. Most companies understand that this specialization is very much worth the time (around an hour) and the investment.
In order to capture the perfect essence, a Keynote Speaker spends the necessary time researching a client’s industry, their issues, and their audience to craft a customized presentation into a unique and distinctive moment specifically for the client’s event.
As a top Keynote Speaker, Tom Leu strategically uses compelling storytelling, humor, powerful visuals, audio and video clips, and audience participation elements to weave an impactful message into your event in a fun and memorable way. Tom can also pair his Keynote with Best Corporate Events programming, laying a foundation and setting a tone that best prepares participants for maximum engagement in the forthcoming team events that day.
I cannot stress enough how much fun our staff had during the Team Olympics portion of our HSD Spring 2023 Retreat Picnic. The entire process of hiring BCE, coordination with you, working with Eric and the other facilitators, and ease of payment / working with Jennifer was just amazing. Although there was a chance the day could have been interrupted by rain, the weather worked out and the activities went on as planned. Eric and his facilitators were very engaging and went out of their way to ensure that everyone participated and had a good time. We will definitely use BCE for future team-building activities. Thank you so much!!!
