1. Bike Build Donation
Teams earn bike parts in quick challenges, put the bikes together, and present them to local kids at the end. A food and beverage company of 180 built them at the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter in October 2022, and a group of 46 did the same at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront in August 2025.
2. Operation Military Care
Teams solve puzzles and trivia for points, then assemble and decorate care packages for service members and their families. Our biggest San Diego run filled the Manchester Grand Hyatt with 425 people in September 2018.
3. Cancer Care Comfort Packs
Short team games earn the supplies for comfort packs that go to patients in chemotherapy and other treatment. A hospitality group of 200 packed them at the Hotel del Coronado in February 2026.
4. Best Corporate Feud
A live host, buzzers and survey-style rounds, played team against team on a scoreboard. A healthcare company of 150 played it at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront in January 2024.
5. City SmartHunt
Teams take iPads out into the city to solve clues and complete photo and video challenges, with scores updating live. A biotech group of 135 set off from the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina in January 2025.
6. Build-a-Raft Competition
Teams design and build a raft, test it in the water, then race it in heats. A group of 29 launched theirs at the Kona Kai Resort on Shelter Island.
7. Corporate Survivor
A run of physical and strategy challenges loosely inspired by the TV show, played in teams. It has run twice at the Coronado Island Marriott Resort, for a retail group of 145 and a financial services group of 110.
8. Go-Kart Competition
Teams become pit crews, design and build a self-powered go-kart, and race it against the other crews. A manufacturing group of 80 raced theirs at Paradise Point in February 2026.
9. Build-a-Guitar
Teams earn the parts, assemble acoustic guitars, and play a few chords before the guitars go to a youth music program. A meeting of 320 built them at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort.
10. Minute 2 Win It! for Charity
One-minute tabletop challenges earn the items for care packages that go to a local charity. A pharmaceutical group of 80 played it at the US Grant downtown in February 2026.
11. Team Olympics
Athletic-style relays and field challenges for teams, run indoors or outside and scored as a team. A group of 75 competed at the Loma Club in September 2016.
12. Momentum
Each team builds a Rube Goldberg-style chain reaction machine to complete one simple task, and the most inventive design wins. A financial services group of 95 built theirs at the Handlery Hotel in October 2024.

Getting there
San Diego International Airport is served by MTS Route 992, which stops at both terminals every 15 minutes and runs to Broadway and Kettner by Santa Fe Depot, where riders can connect to the trolley. A free shuttle, the San Diego Flyer, links both terminals with the Old Town Transit Center.
Picking the right size of room
Packing activities like Cancer Care Comfort Packs and Operation Military Care need about 25 square feet a guest, so a ballroom section works for most groups.
