Donation Nation Care Packs is a meaningful team building experience that brings your group together to assemble care packages for community organizations that support people in need. Participants stay fully engaged through Brainstorm, a browser-based activity that features trivia, puzzles, and photo and video challenges, or through optional Minute 2 Win It-style games. These activities build momentum and connection before teams transition into assembling their care packs, creating an experience that is both energizing and deeply rewarding.
Program Agenda
The experience begins with a lively introduction and energizer activity to get everyone connected and ready to participate. Teams then move through a sequence of engaging challenges designed to earn the items needed for their care packages. Using Brainstorm or Minute 2 Win It games, each group collects points that determine which materials they can acquire from the “supply station.” A live scoreboard keeps the excitement high as teams strategize and work together.
Once the earning phase concludes, participants transition into assembling the care packages, adding personal touches such as handwritten messages. If a charity representative is present, they join the group during the final assembly phase to share stories about the individuals who will receive the donations. The program closes with a brief reflection and celebration of the collective impact the team has made.
