Holiday & Christmas Team Building Activities

Thank you so much for our event. I was expecting it would go well but the outcome was outstanding. This is a tough group but you had them in the palm of your hand from the warm up games, the build off, to the children coming in to collect their bikes. We couldn’t have asked for a better event coordinator. Our group has not stopped talking about it. This charitable event has meant so much to everyone. I will be telling everyone about Best Corporate Events and will definitely be using your company again in the future.

Everyone enjoyed this event as an action-packed, competitive and FUN event. They enjoyed answering the questions to obtain the many items on the build-out list and the collaboration of our remote teams into one cohesive unit was great fun! We loved working with your lead facilitator and her staff went out of their way to make sure all details of the event went smoothly. The resulting donations of the wheelchairs to the Disabled American Veterans were the frosting on the cake.

Our Mini-Golf Build was very organized. Our team leader was awesome! She kept the energy and interest levels high Working together in small groups to problem-solve was a great teambuilding exercise. Our group enjoyed the activities and charitable aspect of the program. They were major highlights of the event. The most fun was giving all the canned and boxed goods away to charity at the end.

The best aspect of the program was spending time with coworkers outside work. They enjoyed getting to know one another and learning how to work together. We loved watching the team interact during the icebreaker activity. There was so much energy & excitement in the room.  Makes me smile thinking of it today. The team had a great time! Everyone enjoyed the trivia. Very fun, engaging and everyone seemed excited to spend the afternoon with us.

We have done your Build-a-Guitar program in the past, and I have recommended you to other groups. The best part of our Build-a-Guitar event was watching the teams work together and laugh and have fun! The event was very organized and your staff had everything laid out and set-up in an orderly fashion for our program. The pictures we took of the team while doing the different planned photos was the best! It was great to have the principal of the school come and tell us about the program. That was very special. We will definitely use Best Corporate Events again!

Best Corporate Events has done it again!   This time, providing a hugely successful Build a Band Challenge, which took place in our host city of Nashville!  Our attendees took part in trivia challenges and were able to build their own band of teammates producing some very creative guitar cases along with working guitars and a drum set!   Not to be forgotten was their talent while forming their very own bands with unique names and a few out-of-the-box iPad performances!   All was accomplished with the help of a great BEST staff led by Indy Tapar, who was a true professional and a joy to work with. The experience was first rate and capping it off by actually donating the instruments to children took the entire event to a grander level. A truly enjoyable and worthwhile event!

My team enjoyed their event very much, especially the home scavenger hunts. The activities really helped create trust and communication. The feedback I got was that everyone thought your Virtual Guess that Price program was a great team event and that your host Wayne was excellent and did an awesome job!

We enjoyed the event very much! We have not had so much fun as a group in a while. The most fun was the interaction – going into the breakout rooms to discuss answers and convening back. It helped us bond because it gave us a chance to work in cross-functional teams and quick decision-making. The feedback was positive and appreciative, and your facilitator Paul was amazing! It felt like he was one of us! He did an amazing job having small windows of chatting on random topics but always brought the team back to focus on the game.

THIS WAS OUTSTANDING!! We had such a great time and loved all of the bantering and engagement between the teams. Bradley was AMAZING! He really engaged everyone and did such a great job keeping the event flowing without any hiccups, which is nearly impossible in a virtual setting. It didn’t disappoint. We divided the groups into teams, where the teammates didn’t work closely together. This allowed for each member to connect with someone outside their circle. People had so many good things to say from ‘this was super fun’ to ‘one of the best virtual events we’ve done’ to ‘let’s do it again!’ to simply ‘LOVED THIS’.  So many laughs! We can’t wait to do this again!

Members of this team have never been face to face before so it was great to have the opportunity to work together like this. The event was lightheartedness and fun. After three days of meetings, etc. this was a chance for fun. The facilitator kept the session moving forward and never lost control of the room. It was just a great time. A chance to let off steam and build relationships.

Our Mini-Golf Build and Food Donation at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The teams brought great energy and friendly competition as they worked hard to design and build their own creative par-3 holes. The competitive spirit was high, but so was the collaboration — each group was fully engaged and determined to create a course that was both fun and functional. Beyond the competition, what truly stood out was the enthusiasm around the service component. The teams were excited to pack the food donations and personally help load them onto the donation truck. There was a real sense of pride and purpose in knowing their efforts would directly benefit families in need. The group also appreciated hearing from the representatives of Joshua’s Heart Foundation. Learning more about the organization’s mission and understanding how the donated items would be distributed added meaningful context to the activity and deepened the overall impact. It was a powerful combination of team building, creativity, and community service that left everyone feeling accomplished and inspired.

The event was great! Our team had fun and looked forward to this event. Cheryl was great and engaging!
