During this delicious team building event, your group will design and build a themed structure, utilizing various candies and chocolate delicacies. Teams will complete challenges, using Apple iPads, in order to gain chocolate building materials and a variety of confectionary decorations. After the last Skittle® is put in place, teams come together to showcase their themed masterpiece!

Chocolate Architect is the sweetest program of all!
In this fun chocolate team building activity, your group will bond over chocolate as they design and build various themed structures utilizing candies and chocolate delicacies.
Teams then engage in fun, collaborative challenges using our browser-based Brainstorm activity and/or Minute 2 Win It games to earn valuable points for their teams. With the points they’ve earned, teams will purchase a chocolate construction kit as well as their own special materials package.
Your group can choose to build landmarks, buildings, stadiums or other recognizable structures from around the world including the Washington Mall, the Eiffel Tower, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Colosseum or the Empire State Building.
Will your team be the first to build Mount Rushmore?
Once structures are completed, final touches are added in the form of various colorful confectionaries. When their vision becomes reality, each team’s creative interpretation will be displayed for the entire group to enjoy.

I got lots of positive feedback on how fun it was, how they were able to meet new colleagues and collaborate with them in this activity, where in regular work – they wouldn’t interact with each other because their functions don’t overlap. The best team building aspect was having to think how your particular piece that your team was building would interact or blend with what the neighboring teams were building in order to have a "neighborhood." We had the most fun building with candy, and having to figure out what candy works best for what you need it to do. The event was very well organized, and our facilitator Bora was very personable, fun, and engaging with the group. It was really great to have essentially an "out of the box" event.
