Fun Competition and Bonding

The best part of this event was seeing the cycle times reduced significantly due to better communication, collaboration; working in teams with different people. All of it was really fun – in addition to being impactful. Your lead was a fabulous facilitator and we received positive feedback from everyone, even the most skeptical in the group. We would like to do something similar for the next level of leaders.

It was great to have everyone really into what was going on. And the added conversation and teachings from your lead facilitator were a great plus. Would have loved to do more games, but all the time we spent was valuable! The best team building aspect of our Igniting Team Performance program was everyone being engaged in what was happening. The games and the competition are both fun and our group as a whole enjoyed the activities very much.

Having the employees from different Siemens sites working together to accomplish one common goal was great team building exercise. Our employees had a great time building their bridges and as a whole loved it and your facilitators made the employees feel at ease. We didn’t have any negative feedback about our Bridge to the Future. It was a great opportunity for the employees from different locations to meet each other since they will be interacting as the company transitions and develops its new vision. It was great, and our group wants another team building event set up in the next 12 months.

Best Team Building experiences to date! Our City SmartHunt was extremely organized. The video challenges on the iPads were really fun and our group loved all the activities. We can’t wait to receive the finish video of the photos and videos you had playing at the end of the event.

It was magic! Your Virtual Interactive Magic Show was fun and very organized. I believe all of our interns really enjoyed the magic and the viewer participation part was a big hit with everyone! Your host/magician was great!

Everyone in our group totally enjoyed our Virtual Interactive Magic Show. Your magician Anton was excellent, a 5 out of 5! It was extremely organized, and the entire magic show was fun.

 

Our group definitely enjoyed their Virtual Magic Show. The holiday spirit contest was fun and also the portion when Anton showed us his secret to the floating card magic trick! I think in this virtual environment, just being able to see each other at once was fun. Typically, we have multiple group meetings per year and none of them happened this year. Everyone really liked the engagement aspect of the event. They enjoyed being called on and being able to participate during the magic show and within the magic tricks. It didn’t feel like we were just watching, it felt like you were involved. Everyone also enjoyed that Anton was relatable but also really funny with his delivery. The one thing I asked for was to make sure the event was fun and engaging because we wanted people to relax. You all hit both points so overall, our group was satisfied. We even had 2 advisors reach out after the show and asked for information on how they can host a similar show for their individual teams-which has to be a good thing, right? 🙂 GREAT SHOW!!

This was a great event! Breakout rooms for the conversations were the most fun. Our team valued the discussions almost more than the games. This Virtual Speed Networking event helped to connect and strengthen the team and promoted conversations that wouldn’t normally occur. Feedback was this was a fun event, and they enjoyed a “break” from business meetings. Paul and Joe were excellent hosts and I felt they really wanted to make this the best experience possible for my team.

Our group had so much fun with Anton’s magic and mentalism during our Virtual Interactive Magic Show! This program allowed our volunteers to stay connected in a meaningful way even through an all virtual experience which can be really hard for our demographic. Anton was so engaging and personable and able to connect with our audience in a relevant way. Some descriptions of the experience from the group included ‘mind blown’, ‘amazing’, and ‘fantastic’ – we absolutely enjoyed it!

How did I feel our group as a whole enjoyed the activity? They LOVED it! And they enjoyed the gaming part. Our Virtual Competition to Collaboration program was very organized, and Roy and Ryan were awesome, we had quite a few compliments on the program!

The Bridge to the Future event was an ideal addition, seamlessly fitting into our broader goals of bringing two teams together for a meaningful, interactive experience. It provided an excellent opportunity for participants to build relationships that will positively influence our work dynamics moving forward.

One of the standout aspects was how the event fostered connections and enabled introductions among colleagues who typically interact only through email or Teams meetings. By creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere, everyone was able to collaborate closely and accomplish a shared goal. This highlighted just how much can be achieved when we communicate effectively, support one another, and work together as a team.

Overall, the event was a tremendous success, and I believe it has laid a great foundation for future collaboration and camaraderie across our teams.
