From our founder
Every group deserves a great event, whatever its size.
When I started BEST in 2010, team building was an industry built around small groups. Twenty people in a conference room, one facilitator, a flip chart. If you had four hundred people at a sales kickoff, or three thousand managers at a national meeting, the honest answer from most of the industry was that it could not be done.
I did not accept that. So we built a company that could run a great program for twenty people on a Tuesday and for thousands in a convention hall the following week, with the same facilitators, the same equipment and the same care.
Sixteen years and more than a million participants later, that is still the whole idea.
