Partner with Best Corporate Events
We run team building and charity programs for corporate groups in cities across the US. Each of our city pages lists the venues and nonprofits our groups work with.
Partners get a featured place on the page for their city, a link to their site, and referrals when a planner needs a venue or a charity. There are no fees on either side.
For hotels and event venues
Most of our events happen in a hotel ballroom, a conference center or a venue the client booked. When a planner asks us where to hold one, we want to name places we trust.
What you get
- A featured card at the top of the venue list on your city page, with your photo, your description and a link to your meetings or group sales page.
- Referrals. When a planner asks where to hold a team event in your city, we suggest partner venues first.
- A program your sales team can offer. Groups that book your meeting space can add a facilitated team building program, run on site by our staff.
What we ask
- A link from your meetings, groups or partners page to our page for your city.
- A heads-up when a group asks you about team building.
For nonprofits
Our charity programs end with something going to people who need it: bikes, backpacks, care packages, wheelchairs and more, built by corporate teams. We look for local nonprofits to receive them.
What you get
- Your logo, a line about your mission and a link to your site on the page for your city.
- First call when a company near you books a charity program that fits what you need.
What we ask
- A link to our page for your city from your corporate partners or volunteer page.
- When you can, someone from your team at the event to receive the donation.
- A photo or a short quote after an event, when you are comfortable sharing one.
What a featured listing looks like
Partners sit first in the venue or charity list on the page for their city, marked with a badge. The card carries your photo or logo, two sentences in your words, and a link straight to your site.
How the links work
- We link to your site with a normal link: no nofollow tag and no redirect, so your analytics show the visits we send.
- We ask for one link back to our page for your city, placed within 30 days of your listing going live.
- Nobody pays. We don't charge for listings or pay for links, and a partnership is never a condition of a booking.
- Either side can end it at any time. Tell us and the listing comes down within a week.
- Once a year we check each listing with you so it stays current and both links still work.
Who we partner with
Most partners are places we already know: venues where we have run programs and nonprofits that have received donations from our events. New venues and nonprofits are welcome to apply. We will ask a few questions first to make sure the fit is right for the groups we send.
What happens after you apply
- We reply within a week, confirm which city page you belong on, and ask for a photo and a short description.
- We publish your listing and send you the link to your city page.
- You add your link to us, and we start pointing planners your way.
