Privacy Policy

Effective: August 25, 2026

Best Corporate Events, LLC ("we," "us," or the "Company") provides corporate team building and corporate event services across North America. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Information you provide: when you request a quote, contact us, download an eBook, vote in a poll, or sign up for communications, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, work email address, phone number, company name, and event details such as city, date, and group size.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and referring pages. We use Google Tag Manager to manage these technologies, which include Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement (including a click-identifier cookie retained for up to 90 days), Microsoft Clarity session analytics, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag.

Anti-abuse data: our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical signals to distinguish people from bots.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and prepare quotes; to plan, staff, and deliver events you book with us; to send you relevant communications about our programs (you can opt out at any time); to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it; and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business — such as website hosting, customer-relationship management, email delivery, and the analytics and advertising platforms described above — and only for the purposes described in this Policy. These providers are bound to protect the information and may not use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.

Cookies and Your Choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting existing cookies and blocking new ones. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings and LinkedIn's advertising preferences, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking cookies may affect some Site features, but the Site remains usable without them.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to or restrict certain uses. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; residents of other U.S. states and of the EEA/UK may have similar rights under their local laws.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — typically for the life of our business relationship plus any period required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes — and then delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice on the Site.
