What does a corporate team building company do?

It takes the event off your plate. A corporate team building company recommends a program that fits your goal and your group, writes the plan, brings the facilitator and every piece of equipment, and runs the day — so the person who booked it gets to join in.

With BEST that means a needs assessment, a written proposal, an online portal with your event details, and an experienced facilitator on site or on screen. You choose from more than 120 programs — competitions, charitable events, game shows, scavenger hunts and workshops — delivered in person anywhere in the U.S. with no added travel costs, or virtually in 40+ formats.

What you get, from first call to wrap-up

A recommendation, not a catalog

Tell us your objective, head count, venue and date. We come back with the programs that fit your group, not the whole list of 120.

A proposal you can forward

A written proposal with the program, timing, space needs and what the venue has to provide — ready to send to your boss or your venue contact.

Your event details in one place

Once booked, your online client portal holds the key contacts, the venue details and map, shipping status for any kits, and your event documents — no digging through email.

A facilitator who runs the day

Your facilitator brings the materials, handles setup, leads the program and closes it out. With a large group, they bring the extra staff the program needs so every team gets the same attention as a group of 30.

Who will be in front of your group

The person leading your event is a professional facilitator with a background in event management, corporate training or experiential learning — not a salesperson or a temp. Our facilitators train together throughout the year and have run programs for groups of 25 to more than 6,000, so whether your group is a leadership team or a full conference hall, they have done it before.

What that means for you

No travel line on the invoice

In-person events anywhere in the U.S. with no added travel costs. We have delivered in more than 130 cities.

One partner for every kind of event

Competitions, charitable builds, game shows, scavenger hunts, cooking programs and professional development workshops — so this year's kickoff and next year's offsite come from the same team.

Virtual or in person, same host

40+ virtual programs on Zoom, Teams or Webex with a live host and no app download, for remote and hybrid teams.

Charitable events with the logistics handled

More than 20 CSR programs. We keep assembly kits in stock in our own warehouse and coordinate with the charity partner, so the donation reaches the people it was built for.

Works at 25 people or 6,000

Programs scale from a leadership retreat to a company-wide event; our track record includes the world's biggest bike build.

Advice you can read before you call

We wrote the book “Your Roadmap to Successful Corporate Team Building,” plus free eBooks: “Guide to Corporate Social Responsibility Team Building” and “Generational Communication Differences in the Workplace.”

What clients say

The Igniting Team Performance event at the One Ocean Resort yesterday was “Outstanding”!! Your lead facilitator did an incredible job in getting that event completed in 2 hours. Our client was absolutely thrilled with the exercise and the results. The great debrief overview at the end and the client was very impressed. I watched and saw the team morph from ‘oh here we are another event again’ to totally immersed in the exercises and the results. The client was providing feedback and commentary on what they were learning, etc. I was in the corporate world for over 33 years and never had a team-building event done as exceptional this one. Truly remarkable, I was very impressed. I can really se

Thank you so very much for yesterday’s Bike Build Donation event. We had such a great time together… your lead facilitator was the best ever! One of our colleagues who joined us wants to have the same event at his U.K. facility. It has been a pleasure working with everyone at Best Corporate Events to make this wonderful event happen! We look forward to having another event sometime next year.

I wanted to take a second and say thank you for the great job you guys did at the Bike Build on Tuesday. The group had an amazing time and the added bonus of having the kids there to receive them was truly special. Thank you so much for time, effort and leadership. I look forward to working with you again.

Thank you so much for your enthusiastic, energetic, and perfect facilitation of our Bike Build with iPads. The employees of SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management wanted to do a community service event and this was perfect. We had great reviews and the team loved it. I look forward to working with you again.

SHRM

I just wanted to send out a HUGE thank you for a wonderful event last week. The response from the team has been fantastic! I think we will most likely do another event like this for them next year. After experiencing the group, if you can let me know what you think would be good options for them I would appreciate it. I am sure it will be hard to beat the bike build. Thanks again for everything. Our hopes are to pitch your services to many more of our clients.

I also loved that I just booked the program and your team handled the rest. Your facilitator was a great leader- funny, personable and very excited which got everyone super motivated. My team said they would never forget it!
