What is corporate event entertainment?
Corporate event entertainment is the part of a conference, dinner or party that the whole room shares, such as a show or a game. Ours is interactive. A professional host runs a game show or a competition, and your guests are the contestants.
The 12 formats below run at conferences, dinners, holiday parties and with remote teams. Each one lists its group size and length from our program data, and each comes with the host and the equipment.

Pick by the moment in your agenda
For a conference opener, a 1 to 1.5 hour game show puts the whole ballroom on the same scoreboard before the first session. Best Corporate Feud and Trivia Blast Live! both work with an audience of 1,000.
After dinner, guests are seated. The Greatest Showdown and A Minute 2 Win It! play at the tables, so nobody has to move.
An afternoon with room to spare suits Team Olympics or Corporate Survivor, indoors or outside.
At a holiday party or an awards night, a Charity Game Show ends with a giant check and a photo. Remote and hybrid teams get hosted shows over video: Virtual Name That Tune!, the magic show, and the virtual editions of Feud, Jeoparody! and Trivia Blast!.
What the venue needs

What clients say
I felt our group as a whole loved it! Our Best Corporate Feud game show was an extremely organized event. Your Master of Ceremonies was really great and it was fun watching the banter going on between him and the attendees. We’d like to do a team-building program next, in about 6 months. Thanks!

The energy of the room was contagious and your lead facilitator was the captain of the ship. Our A Minute 2 Win It! event was great!

The Team Olympics was the most fun and our group loved the entire program. We had bad weather and had to move inside and it still worked out great. My favorite team building aspect of the program was that after a team completed the games in speed networking, they THEN had to train another team to do better than them. It went great.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of entertainment works best at a corporate event?
Entertainment the guests take part in. A hosted game show or a table competition gets people talking to colleagues they rarely sit with, and it fits a fixed slot in the agenda. See every game show for corporate events we run.
How many guests can take part?
The in-person formats on this page run for 30 to 1,000+ guests. For a big room, the game shows bring contestants to the stage in rounds while All Play questions and mobile trivia keep the seated teams playing. The virtual magic show is for 50 to 100.
How long does the entertainment last?
Game shows run 1 to 1.5 hours. The Greatest Showdown runs about 1.5 hours, and A Minute 2 Win It!, Team Olympics and Corporate Survivor run 1.5 to 2 hours. The virtual magic show is 30 to 40 minutes.
Who runs it?
A professional host from our team runs the show and brings the equipment: podiums, buzzers, game boards, music and live scoring. Read more about our corporate game show hosts.
Can the content be about our company?
Yes. Trivia Blast Live! can use questions written around your company, products or event theme, and Best Corporate Feud uses survey questions written for corporate groups.
Can it work for a hybrid event?
Yes. Virtual Best Corporate Feud, Virtual Jeoparody! and Virtual Trivia Blast! run 60 to 75 minutes on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Webex with no app download. Tell us how many guests are in the room and how many are remote, and we will recommend the format.
