Throughout the experience, teams rotate through rounds of challenges inspired by the popular game-show format, making it one of the most entertaining charity event games available. These activities test balance, coordination, quick thinking, and communication, keeping everyone fully engaged from start to finish. As points are earned, teams secure access to the materials required to build their care packages, creating a rewarding connection between team effort and real-world impact.
Program Agenda
The event begins with a warm, energetic welcome from your professional facilitator, followed by a demonstration of the first set of challenges, so every team understands the rules and scoring. Teams then launch into their Head-to-Head activity, a quick competition that determines who may begin assembling their care package items for that round. Once the first packages are completed, groups shift into practice time and prepare for the next Minute Challenge, where speed and precision determine their score. These alternating rounds of building, practicing, and competing continue at a lively pace until all challenges are complete and final scores are revealed.
Whenever possible, a representative from the receiving charity joins the closing session to thank your group and share how the donated items will benefit their community. The event ends with recognition of the top teams and a collective celebration of the impact created.

Everyone had a great time at the Minute to Win It for Charity program. The best team building aspect was the word relationship game. Everyone is still talking about it and that they learned a lot about their teammates. Half of my group originally said they couldn’t stay for the whole event and yet they all did, so a good time was had by all. Most of the group had never been involved in contributing to a charity and said that was the best part. Your lead facilitator and her staff were amazing.
