Program Agenda

The event begins with a warm, energetic welcome from your professional facilitator, followed by a demonstration of the first set of challenges, so every team understands the rules and scoring. Teams then launch into their Head-to-Head activity, a quick competition that determines who may begin assembling their care package items for that round. Once the first packages are completed, groups shift into practice time and prepare for the next Minute Challenge, where speed and precision determine their score. These alternating rounds of building, practicing, and competing continue at a lively pace until all challenges are complete and final scores are revealed.
Whenever possible, a representative from the receiving charity joins the closing session to thank your group and share how the donated items will benefit their community. The event ends with recognition of the top teams and a collective celebration of the impact created.

How does the charity part work?

Teams rotate through rounds of game-show-style tabletop challenges. As they earn points they unlock the items needed to build care packages for a local charitable organization, so the competition and the giving happen at the same time. We supply the donation items and care package materials.

Who receives the care packages?

A local charitable organization, which we can coordinate for you or you can choose. Whenever possible a representative from the charity joins the closing session to thank your group and explain how the items will be used.

How long does it take, and how many people can join?

1.5 to 2.5 hours for groups of 30 to 1,000 and up, in teams of 6 to 8. It runs indoors with about 25 square feet per person.

Can we customize the care packages or the games?

Yes. Options include themed care packages, branded game materials or company-specific challenges, expanded competitive rounds, themed awards or bonus challenges, and working with a charity your organization already supports.

Is there a winner?

Yes. Each round opens with a head-to-head activity that decides who starts assembling first, and the event ends with medals for the top three teams and a celebration of what the whole group built together.
