Whether you pick the 70s, 80s, 90s, 21st Century, or a little bit of everything, strike a chord with your competitive group and put their knowledge of their favorite tunes and artists to the test, with Virtual Name that Tune!
With state-of-the-art gaming and our engaging and interactive professional hosts, your group will experience a full participant, full engagement, interactive game show. All participants play the game on their apple or android device. With a mix of multiple-choice, true/false, and fill-in-the-blank trivia questions, the faster participants respond correctly, the more points they earn!
Our interactive host will welcome the group, and introduce the game, categories, and scoring. Players will choose a name that will appear on the scoreboard and the main screen when they are the fastest to answer. Then the group competes in rounds of music-related categories to earn as many points as possible.
Designed around the classic “Name that Tune”, participants will watch video clips and be asked to identify the song, the band, or artist, or perhaps to answer a trivia question or two based on the lyrics, the band, or the video itself. Clips ranging from ten to thirty seconds will give participants enough time to sing along to new tracks as well as old favorites, while genres include Rock (new and classic), Pop, Rap, Soul, Country, Blues, and even a little Broadway! And, you can customize your program to your group’s favorite musical decade from the ’70s to now, or let our music aficionados design the game for you!
In a fun and energetic battle, participants’ knowledge of their favorite tunes and musicians will be tested. As participants attempt to be the quickest, we encourage the “excuse exchanges” that are inevitable. This banter between participants builds upon the game show feel and adds to the team camaraderie. Your group will laugh – and maybe even sing – their way through this high-energy event!
The feedback for our Virtual Charitable Name that Tune program was phenomenal. We really loved the game – some of us more than others (I won!). And Russ was fantastic as a host. Very personable and really amazing in his music knowledge. The charity blew people away – the fact that we were able to donate to such an amazing cause really touched people in our group. I loved that you were able to have someone from Music & Memory on AND the receiving home. It really made an impact. In my opinion, truly a great event and I look forward to working with you in the future!
Our group enjoyed Name That Tune! It was light and lively. I like seeing the leaderboard and commenting on who was winning. We like competition and there was good team bonding over shared movie and music preferences. Your host Russ got good reviews. His stories were fun, he’s easy to relate to, and we’d love to have events with him again.
The most fun was meeting everyone in an informal setting. Healthy competition. Small talk/chats in between the questions. Getting to know team members’ real personalities and seeing their families in some instances. The group as a whole enjoyed the event and our host Paul was excellent.
We enjoyed the event very much! We have not had so much fun as a group in a while. The most fun was the interaction – going into the breakout rooms to discuss answers and convening back. It helped us bond because it gave us a chance to work in cross-functional teams and quick decision-making. The feedback was positive and appreciative, and your facilitator Paul was amazing! It felt like he was one of us! He did an amazing job having small windows of chatting on random topics but always brought the team back to focus on the game.
Our entire group enjoyed this program very much! The format was easy to use, fun, and engaging. It was nice to step away from our day-to-day work (for even 75 minutes) to have some fun together. The feedback I got was that your Virtual Name That Tune host was excellent and that it was a fun event.
“Thank You!!!” for tonight’s Virtual Name That Tune! We loved it! The questions were excellent and your lead, Russ made the whole night. With it being our annual Holiday Party, but having to be virtual, it created oneness and we felt like a team! The questions were awesome and so engaging. We truly had such an incredible time. Russ was thoughtful and incredibly prepared. He clearly put in the effort and catered it to our team. His positivity and fun side trivia nuggets made it such an enjoyable evening.
Thank you for all of your help in coordinating a terrific Virtual Name That Tune event for us. Our group said it was great fun and quite entertaining! We wanted our facilitator Russ to know the participants enjoyed the game very much and shared that he struck the right balance with hosting and allowing the guests to interact together. Much appreciated! It was a pleasure working with all of you and hope to have another opportunity to do so in the future.
I think everyone had a great time! Our Virtual Name That Tune game show was fun and students were very engaged throughout. The best part of the program was listening to our host Russ’s funny anecdotes and stories. He was great and so was the program, we wouldn’t change a thing.
We all had so much fun with our Virtual Name That Tune, and our attendees enjoyed the trivia. Thank you so much for doing this with us! We had people ask about you, so I did pass along your info. I want to thank you for all of your recommendations. We are so happy with how it went and would definitely like to do this again at future virtual conferences!
We enjoyed the Virtual Game Show format. We did Virtual Name That Tune and had a great time. Using Kahoot to arrange albums in the order in which they were released was really fun. College students from Adelphi University use Kahoot very frequently. We rated our Game Show Host a 5 out of 5 and would love to have another virtual Game Show.
