12 team building activities in Orlando, FL
Each of these has run for a company meeting at an Orlando hotel, and each card names the hotel and how many people took part.

1. Bike Build Donation
Short challenges win teams the parts, then they assemble the bikes and hand them over to local kids before the session ends. A financial services group of 1,446 built bikes at the Orlando World Center Marriott in January 2018, and a technology company of 1,250 did the same at the Hyatt Regency Orlando in September 2015.

2. Operation Military Care
Puzzles and trivia earn points that buy supplies, and teams pack and decorate care packages for service members and military families. A chemicals company of 465 packed them at Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando in December 2013, and a financial services group of 200 did it at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes.

3. A Minute 2 Win It!
Rounds of one-minute tabletop games played with cups, pencils and playing cards, scored team by team. An insurance group of 115 played at the Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando in February 2026, and a government group of 169 played at the Rosen Plaza in April 2024.

4. Mini-Golf Build and Food Donation
Each team designs a themed golf hole out of canned and boxed food, everyone plays the course, and the food goes to a food bank afterward. A manufacturing group of 315 built a full course at the Hyatt Regency Orlando in February 2025.

5. Bridge to the Future
Teams build sections of a cardboard and duct tape bridge, each decorated with their part of the company's goals, then join them into one span strong enough to walk across. A healthcare group of 118 built theirs at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes in June 2025.

6. Go-Kart Competition
Teams act as pit crews, build a self-powered go-kart from a kit and their own design, then race it against the other crews. A retail group of 60 raced at Rosen Shingle Creek in April 2025.

7. Best Corporate Feud
A hosted game show with buzzers and survey questions written for work groups, played on a big scoreboard. A technology company of 975 played a custom trivia and Feud show at Loews Royal Pacific Resort in March 2025.

8. Locate & Donate SmartHunt
Teams follow a route on iPads, earn points for photo and video challenges, and pick up packages that turn out to be a donation to a charity. A retail group of 700 ran it from Rosen Shingle Creek in September 2019.

9. Fostering Hope
Challenges and trivia earn the items for care packs that go to children in foster care and adoptive families. A financial services group of 120 packed them at the Orlando World Center Marriott in October 2023, and a transportation group of 100 at Rosen Shingle Creek a year later.

10. STEM Backpacks for Kids
Teams earn and pack backpacks of science, technology and math supplies for local students. A telecommunications meeting of 300 packed them at Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek in November 2024.

11. Speed Networking
Short, timed conversations in rotating pairs and small groups, with prompts and a little scoring to keep the room moving. A hospitality group of 150 played it at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel in September 2026.

12. Competition to Collaboration
Two sub-teams race to beat each other's scores on the same challenges until a twist shows they do better by sharing what works. A group of 50 ran it at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando in January 2026.

How it works with us here
In Orlando we usually fill one block of a conference agenda at a resort hotel. The Universal resort hotels, the two Grande Lakes resorts, Rosen Shingle Creek and the Hyatt Regency Orlando on International Drive see us most often, along with Signia by Hilton at Bonnet Creek. Manufacturing, retail and healthcare companies book us here more than any other industries, and many groups come with a meeting planner who has already contracted the ballroom.

Getting there
Groups flying in land at Orlando International Airport (MCO). LYNX Links 42 and 311 run between the airport and International Drive and the Orange County Convention Center. SunRail riders reach the airport on a LYNX bus link from the Sand Lake Road station, which picks up at Terminal A, Level 1; the trains run Monday to Friday.
Picking the right size of room
The care pack activities, Bike Build Donation and A Minute 2 Win It! take about 25 square feet a guest. Mini-Golf Build needs 35 and Bridge to the Future 40, because the course and the bridge spread across the floor. The big Orlando ballrooms handle four-figure headcounts, so the question is usually which section of the room to book for the size of your group.
