The details
How Operation Military Care works
This event will give your group a deep sense of patriotism as it works together to prepare care packages for people currently serving in the military. Teams will first engage in various point-based activities including trivia, puzzles and other problem-solving scenarios. The care packages are then assembled and decorated for donation to service men and women and their families.
Operation Military Care is a powerful charitable team building event where collaboration, friendly competition, and gratitude unite to create meaningful care packages for the brave men and women serving our country. Through military team building activities that blend purpose and camaraderie, your team will work together to earn, assemble, and personalize these packages, ensuring each one is filled with useful items and heartfelt messages from home.
The end result? A tangible show of support, a boost in team morale, and a lasting sense of patriotic accomplishment.
Want to honor our country’s heroes while building a stronger team in your organization? Book your Operation Military Care experience today to send support, smiles, and gratitude from your company across the globe.
To ensure a great experience, aspects of these charity team building activities may be modified to benefit your group size, group makeup, and time available.
Our historically popular iPad activities are still available upon request.
Program Agenda
In this unique military team building experience, teams of 10 participants rotate through a series of high-energy activities, including our Brainstorm mobile challenge and/or Minute 2 Win It-style games, designed to earn points toward acquiring care package contents.
Brainstorm is a browser-based game with fun photo and video challenges, trivia, and puzzles that keep all participants engaged on their personal devices, no downloads required. Teams can also earn points for demonstrating teamwork qualities like leadership, innovation, and communication.
Once enough points are earned, teams assemble their military care packages and add personal letters to the recipients. For larger groups, the decorated packages can even be arranged into a giant American flag for a powerful visual finale.
When possible, a representative from a military charity partner will share a message thanking your team for their donation.
