Team Building Activities for Small Groups

Our produced in-person programs start at 30 participants; game shows such as Best Corporate Feud and A Minute 2 Win It! run for 30 to 1,000+. The exceptions are the facilitated workshops (DiSC Workshop, Colors Behavioral Assessment, Emotional Intelligence Training) and Corporate Canvas, which accept any group size and are delivered in person.

Virtual Impress the Sharks runs from 10 participants. Virtual Coaching and Feedback and the Virtual Presentations Workshop are built for groups of up to 20, so a team of 10 to 15 fits comfortably. In person, any of the facilitated workshops or Corporate Canvas will take a group that size.

Yes. The DiSC Workshop, Colors Behavioral Assessment and Emotional Intelligence Training are indoor programs that need only a meeting room, set classroom-style or in rounds. Corporate Canvas is an indoor painting program for any group size, 1.5 to 2 hours, with 2 to 4 painters per canvas.

Two. The in-person DiSC Workshop runs 3 to 4 hours for any group size with a DiSC-certified trainer, personalized workshop activities and DiSC assessment and profile materials. The Virtual DiSC Behavioral Assessment runs 2 to 6 hours for up to 25 people on your video platform, with program materials sent to each participant.

Yes. Virtual Impress the Sharks (10 to 100), Virtual Murder Mystery: Mavericks on the Case (20 to 300) and the virtual workshops (up to 20 or 25) all run on your video conferencing platform with a professional facilitator. See every option on the virtual programs page.

Virtual Murder Mystery: Mavericks on the Case runs 90 minutes and Virtual Impress the Sharks 2 hours. The in-person workshops run 3 to 4 hours and Corporate Canvas 1.5 to 2 hours. Virtual workshops are booked in blocks: Conducting Better Virtual Meetings runs 2 to 3 hours, Leading Virtual Teams 3 to 9 hours.

The DiSC Workshop includes a DiSC-certified trainer, personalized workshop activities and printed or digital learning resources; the interactive DiSC assessment and profile materials are priced separately. Colors Behavioral Assessment and Emotional Intelligence Training include prep, production coordination, program design and an experienced professional trainer. Virtual workshops include facilitation on your video platform and materials for each participant.

No. The workshops need a meeting room set classroom-style or in rounds, and materials come with the program. Virtual programs need only your video conferencing platform of choice; Virtual Murder Mystery: Mavericks on the Case also uses participants' mobile devices for their character roles. At 30 and up, a game show such as Best Corporate Feud lists a projector, screen and audio system as its tech requirements.

A professional facilitator runs every program. Workshops are led by an experienced professional trainer, and the DiSC Workshop by a DiSC-certified trainer. Virtual Coaching and Feedback and Building Your Hybrid Team are customized to your goals and outcomes, and Virtual Impress the Sharks and Virtual Murder Mystery run in teams of 5 or 6 so everyone takes part.

Yes. If several departments together reach 30, the group can book any in-person program. Game shows run in teams: Best Corporate Feud plays in teams of 6 to 10 and A Minute 2 Win It! in teams of 6 to 8, so a small team keeps its own table inside the larger event.
