Virtual Speed Networking is the perfect way to promote camaraderie and enhance relationships through a fun series of game-type challenges mixed with meaningful discussions. During this time of remote working spaces, this program has two great design options. The first one is the perfect break from traditional virtual meetings for participants who already know each other, as a fun way to enjoy each other’s company, enhance camaraderie, and strengthen bonds. The second option is for newly formed teams or project groups – think orientation, interns, or onboarding – to get to know each other better through engaging conversation and fun team activities!

The excitement begins with a fun group energizer such as Categories or Signature Hunt.  Next, individuals will be split into small virtual sub-groups and report to the break-out space with a topic that the client has chosen for discussion, or to compete in an activity. After this quick 5-minute mini-conversation, which has everyone sharing info, the teams will return to the virtual “General Session” space to reconnect with the large group and the host.

Once again, the host will guide the entire group through a totally different interactive game, after which the team is randomly split into brand-new small sub-groups and given an engaging topic to converse about, or an activity to complete, in the virtual break-out space.

This process is repeated in rapid succession with new games and various enlightening discussions taking place time and again!

Four to Six rotations will be completed in only 60 to 90-minutes! This engaging session will have participants smiling and creating fond memories of fun interaction while connecting/reconnecting in a positive and meaningful way.

Our group enjoyed our Virtual Speed Networking event. The discussions were active and engaging and I think people were glad to have attended. The most fun was having the opportunity to build new relationships in a safe way. As a result of these new relationships, attendees expanded their networks which they will be able to leverage for guidance and support in the future. I think your team did a great job, and our host Paul was incredibly responsive and engaged. He was a great host and brought an energy that put attendees at ease. He was incredibly helpful with planning the logistics prior to the event. It would be great to work with him again!

Our group absolutely loved our Virtual Speed Networking event! I received great feedback on the activities and the facilitator, Paul. Paul called me ahead of the event to get a feel for my group and my goals for the event. He tailored it to my needs and expectations. He kept communication open during the event and was very responsive. We all felt taken care of by Paul, he was absolutely awesome and came in with big energy and a big warm welcoming smile. The survey at the beginning really kicked things off and set the tone for folks to be talkative and social.  Everyone enjoyed having the space and time to speak up during the happy hour, and they loved how many people were on camera!

This was a great event! Breakout rooms for the conversations were the most fun. Our team valued the discussions almost more than the games. This Virtual Speed Networking event helped to connect and strengthen the team and promoted conversations that wouldn’t normally occur. Feedback was this was a fun event, and they enjoyed a “break” from business meetings. Paul and Joe were excellent hosts and I felt they really wanted to make this the best experience possible for my team.

The Southeastern students loved your virtual events! Your facilitators delivered a Virtual Speed Networking program and a Virtual Jeoparody game show. Seeing the students get excited about trivia and making connections with other students was awesome. Students told us they loved the event because it was fun, challenging, and gave them an opportunity to make new friends.

I just wanted to send a quick note of thanks for the great Virtual Speed Networking workshop with the CCBC Student Life leaders.  We loved all of the fun challenges you presented and the opportunity to get to know each other.  I especially loved that it was a low-pressure way for some of our newer leaders to get acquainted with the group. If the spring semester keeps us limited to more virtual programming, I will definitely be looking at your other programs!!! Thanks again!

      What is a Keynote Speaker?

Keynote Speaker is an often-misunderstood term associated with simply a motivational speaker, breakout speaker, industry expert, etc. Most professional speakers are not actual trained Keynote Speakers, who are specialists, therefore in much lower supply, and in higher demand.

Keynote Speakers are experienced, professional communicators who engage an audience, capturing the essence of a client’s meeting. They are able to highlight it to their audience while simultaneously delivering their own key concepts and proprietary content in an entertaining and impactful way. Most companies understand that this specialization is very much worth the time (around an hour) and the investment.

In order to capture the perfect essence, a Keynote Speaker spends the necessary time researching a client’s industry, their issues, and their audience to craft a customized presentation into a unique and distinctive moment specifically for the client’s event.

As a top Keynote Speaker, Tom Leu strategically uses compelling storytelling, humor, powerful visuals, audio and video clips, and audience participation elements to weave an impactful message into your event in a fun and memorable way. Tom can also pair his Keynote with Best Corporate Events programming, laying a foundation and setting a tone that best prepares participants for maximum engagement in the forthcoming team events that day.
