Bradley’s goal is to satisfy the participants and clients of each program by being flexible to their needs and desires. He uses his talents for humor and for encouraging those around him to get participants to immerse themselves in 1 to 3 hours of fun, introspection, laughter, and to forget about all the work they must return to.

Bradley is a true performer and professional; before beginning work as a team building facilitator in 2007, he was a professional speaker for Making It Count Programs, a subsidiary of Monster.com, speaking and presenting to students all over the country from freshman year in high school to freshman year in college. He is also the owner and creator of CustomersFirst.com Corp. an online feedback application for companies seeking to learn from their customers and obtain a Net Promoter Score, as well as NEActor, an online talent repository for actors, models and voice artists.

Bradley enjoys working with groups of all sizes to motivate, engage, and hopefully entertain everyone around him. From the beginning to the end of a program, Bradley seeks to bring out the best from those in attendance, to generate warmth, laughter, and a momentary vacation from their regular workday.

Bradley spent a semester in Spain and has returned there several times including his honeymoon and later taking his family to work on a family farm in Lugo, Galicia. Bradley is a Cortado aficionado who tracks espresso bars for their cortado drinks. His favorite quote is "what is the air-speed velocity of an un-laden swallow?"
