My facilitation approach is deeply rooted in the Outward Bound philosophy and grounded in experiential learning – the belief that the most meaningful learning happens through direct experience, reflection, and application. I design and lead programs that follow the natural progression of team development, allowing individuals and groups to grow authentically through challenge and collaboration. At the heart of my work is a learning-by-doing, hands-on approach. Rather than prescribing answers, I create environments where participants actively engage, experiment, reflect, and take ownership of their learning. I believe teams learn best when they are trusted to lead, make decisions, navigate uncertainty, and learn from both success and failure.

  Completed a two-year term representing 300+ families across Queens and Long Island. Led and coordinated numerous community service initiatives, cultural programs, and youth mentorship efforts, strengthening community engagement and fostering leadership across generations.
