I try to remove the negative connotation from the term “team building”. Bringing a sense of humor, understanding, and patience to a group, I take pride in crafting an event that people will remember for a long time.

Growing up just outside of Boston, Russ is a graduate of Emerson College and brings with him a wide range of real-world experience. For many years, Russ ran one of the most successful record stores in the Boston area before taking those skills into the world of corporate training and development. For the past 20 years, Russ has delivered hundreds of programs across the country, in group sizes both large and small. His passion lies in our philanthropic programs, and he has helped us design and refine them over the years.

Outside of the corporate setting, Russ is an actor and performer. When not on the set of a movie or theater production, he is often a special guest speaker at Boston-area colleges and universities, including Emerson, Boston University, Mass College of Art, and Lesley University. Bringing a mix of experience, humor, and advice, along with practical training, these guest speaker engagements are an offshoot of the motivational speaking he brings to our university programs.

• General Manager for HMV Records Cambridge, 2nd largest record store in New England
