Growing up just outside of Boston, Russ is a graduate of Emerson College and brings with him a wide range of real-world experience. For many years, Russ ran one of the most successful record stores in the Boston area before taking those skills into the world of corporate training and development. For the past 20 years, Russ has delivered hundreds of programs across the country, in group sizes both large and small. His passion lies in our philanthropic programs, and he has helped us design and refine them over the years.
Outside of the corporate setting, Russ is an actor and performer. When not on the set of a movie or theater production, he is often a special guest speaker at Boston-area colleges and universities, including Emerson, Boston University, Mass College of Art, and Lesley University. Bringing a mix of experience, humor, and advice, along with practical training, these guest speaker engagements are an offshoot of the motivational speaking he brings to our university programs.
I think everyone had a great time! Our Virtual Name That Tune game show was fun and students were very engaged throughout. The best part of the program was listening to our host Russ’s funny anecdotes and stories. He was great and so was the program, we wouldn’t change a thing.

Your facilitator Russ is great! such a nice person and easy to work with. He does a great job, and this is my 3rd event with him. The program was a good way to get people to meet from different teams and the polling part was really fun. Our Group had a great time with their Virtual Trivia Blast program.
“Thank You!!!” for tonight’s Virtual Name That Tune! We loved it! The questions were excellent and your lead, Russ made the whole night. With it being our annual Holiday Party, but having to be virtual, it created oneness and we felt like a team! The questions were awesome and so engaging. We truly had such an incredible time. Russ was thoughtful and incredibly prepared. He clearly put in the effort and catered it to our team. His positivity and fun side trivia nuggets made it such an enjoyable evening.
Our group was very happy with their experience and provided positive feedback. The music and movie trivia was great and brought out the fun competitiveness of the team. Also seeing everyone dressed in their festive accessories. It was our last department meeting of the year, so it was nice to step back from work projects and reset for a bit. The feedback from our group was that is the best virtual meeting they had, fun, exciting. Our host Russ was great. Knowledgeable, great facilitator, and gelled with the team.
Our group enjoyed Name That Tune! It was light and lively. I like seeing the leaderboard and commenting on who was winning. We like competition and there was good team bonding over shared movie and music preferences. Your host Russ got good reviews. His stories were fun, he’s easy to relate to, and we’d love to have events with him again.
Your host Russ made our Virtual Trivia Blast very fun and engaging. We really like the fun facts he introduced throughout the game. Our team loves to jab at each other, in a fun way, and the trivia game helped make that happen. The feedback I got was they all loved it and send big thank you and praises to your team.
Our group had fun with our Virtual Trivia Blast! The group bonded through friendly competition, and they enjoyed the diverse trivia questions. Our host Russ did a nice job of keeping everyone engaged and connected. He provides great background knowledge and interesting tidbits!
Our group had a lot of fun with our Virtual Are You Smarter than a 6th Grader program! The group loved the range of questions. We liked that there were some questions outside of a typical academic curriculum. We had the most fun reminiscing about middle school with our host Russ, who is always so fun to work with! We laughed and sang songs (prompted by certain questions) that reminded us of our middle school years.
The team had a great time with Virtual Code Breakers! The video questions were particularly fun. The group enjoyed the program and were excited to receive the list of movie recommendations from our facilitator, Russ was engaging and kept the game moving very well. I was very excited when he was going to be facilitating again!
The feedback for our Virtual Charitable Name that Tune program was phenomenal. We really loved the game – some of us more than others (I won!). And Russ was fantastic as a host. Very personable and really amazing in his music knowledge. The charity blew people away – the fact that we were able to donate to such an amazing cause really touched people in our group. I loved that you were able to have someone from Music & Memory on AND the receiving home. It really made an impact. In my opinion, truly a great event and I look forward to working with you in the future!
Our whole group enjoyed their Virtual Environmental Trivia Challenge and your facilitator catered some of the questions for our participant locations. The entire event was fun, but I liked the PSAs the best. The team bonding came from playing the game together and the feedback I got was all positive. Your facilitator Russ was great! He was energetic, prepared, and engaging!
Building the go-karts and racing them was a great team-building event. Our entire group enjoyed the activities in the Go-Kart Competition very much and your Entourage ice breaker was the most fun. Our lead facilitator Russ was very engaging and worked well with the organizers and the other facilitators.

It was a very organized Virtual experience. Our group loved their Virtual Trivia Blast! Actually, they had a blast! Your host was very interactive with our guests.
