The Build-a-Rollator program was all fun. I was actually surprised at how much fun the group had with the icebreakers – it really got people relaxed and ready to do the activity. I liked that the teams were random and it was interesting to see how each group handled the task – it really got people involved and talking at a different level than business and with others from groups that they may not actually interact with on a daily basis. The group really enjoyed the format. Although sometimes they are hard to engage, your facilitator made it easy to engage with each other, without making it awkward for those that are more introverted. It was executed and received by the group even better than I thought it would be!
