We have done game shows at all of our sales meetings in the past, but your Best Corporate Feud program using keypads that involved everyone at the event with the game show ending was the most innovative and inclusive game show we have ever done.

I have never seen my group so energetic. We have done many different team building activities in the past but “Light Speed” was by far the best. Your staff was amazing and very energetic. My team had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the tasks they were assigned in order to create the wheelchair and especially the course they had to run at the end. The Build-a-Wheelchair event was a huge success and an excellent start to our week in Orlando. The Operation Military Care Packages was a perfect fit for our group! Being that it was Veterans Day, it was a wonderful way to honor the Veterans within the group as well as do something great for active military. We had so much fun at the Dinner with the Mob SmartHunt. It was actually the very first time I ever even used an IPad! Time management and good communication and a good sense of direction are essential for the smart “fun” hunt especially since it’s in the middle of rush hour in the heart of Times Square during tourist season. We had such a blast that night and the food at Buca di Beppo tasted like Ma’s!

Working with Best Corporate Events was truly a great experience. From booking the date to executing the final result, I was satisfied with the entire planning process. Everyone running the Amazing Chase SmartHunt today was so fun. At each one of the checkpoints we had these great, different, kind of brainiac obstacles that we had to do. The variety in the A Minute 2 Win It games and the quick pace caused everyone to have a great time. Clone your lead facilitator! Our Donation Nation program was extremely well organized. The Ice Breakers and iPads contest were fun, but the most important aspects of the program was the closer bonds developed among team members and also giving back to the local community via charity. Our team loved it and wants to do it again!

The best part about our Catapult program was watching teams of very diverse people (global, sales/technical) find individual skills that could be used to meet the goals of the experience. The most fun for the individual teams was building and testing the catapult, but the most fun for the whole group was listening to the “marketing” presentations the teams came up with about their Catapult. All the feedback I got was highly positive. It was all well done and I don’t think there is anything I would change.

OMG – the event was fabulous – don’t be surprised if one of our others Markets contact you,. Everyone loved the event. The gentlemen from the Disabled American Veterans organization were very gracious and appreciated our efforts. Our group loved the Fiesta Fun event! The best aspect of the program was the opportunity to create on multiple levels as a group. Either cooking, taking pictures or answering trivia on the iPads – the entire group had to come together. The most fun was the group social after the judging.

The Go-Kart Competition was extremely organized. Our group loved it! They all had a blast creating their themes for the go-carts and driver’s suits, but the most fun was the races. Great Experience!

So we hired a top guitar company to build us a guitar kit from scratch, with instructions, that could be assembled in an hour without all the steps mentioned above. They are excellent quality; one-of-a-kind guitar kits build exclusively for Best Corporate Events and they sound great! And each guitar comes with a strap, tuner, picks, and even an amplifier!

The most important aspect of the Game Show was allowing us to see people as individuals in a fun environment, playing together. On the whole it was excellent and we really appreciated the mix of quick questions and surprisingly interesting questions about our company and family. In our follow up survey, the event got high marks of 4 (I’d do it again) and 5 (Loved it!).

We just finished our Game Show. Your company was extremely responsive in answering our questions about the program. The best team building part of the program was that our teammates all had to rely on each other to come up with the correct answer. The most fun was the Face-Offs. They really enjoyed it, so much so that one of the employees wanted to know where she could buy herself a podium!

The best part of our Build-a-Wheelchair program was working together as a team, whether a faculty member, staff member or a new student and learning how to collect the parts (metaphor for collecting data for our program). Everyone enjoyed this event as an action-packed, competitive and FUN event. They enjoyed answering the questions to obtain the many items on the build-out list and the collaboration of our remote teams into one cohesive unit was great fun! The resulting donations of the wheelchairs to the Disabled American Veterans were the frosting on the cake.

The interaction during the program made it fun. Having to pair up with someone we didn’t know on the last exercise forced us to work with and relate to someone unfamiliar and adapt to their skills, personality, style. I think the fact that we were error free with our puzzle pieces ended on a high note and made people feel like we have a great ability for teamwork. The reaction has been very strongly positive. Watching everyone design their t-shirts for the bears after learning the reason for the activity was fun. It became a competition for some tables to have the most creative and cheerful shirts. I think they really enjoyed the program. There were lots of Selfies and smiles going around when showing off their bears. It was a fun event!

Build-a-wheelchair for veterans was a great cause. The program was fun and encouraged thinking outside the box. I liked being able to move throughout the iPad challenges without having to do everything in order. Allowing the groups to loosen up and not be so straightforward was a good team building experience. Taking pictures in different themes made it fun. A special thank you to your staff for the great job they did keeping the event going, no one was bored. It will be an event we will definitely do again. And, I will definitely pass along the name of Best Corporate Events.

They loved it! I received many positive emails following the Amazing Chase SmartHunt event. The most fun was making our way through the city shooting photos and videos. At the after slideshow, I have never seen so many people glued to a TV wanting to see everyone else’s photos!

Our 900-person Donation Nation Care Packs program was very organized and well run! The entire event was a great team builder. Our large group had a blast and completed the entire exercise in record time. The building of the care packages and the personalized note cards at the end was the most fun. Your lead facilitator was fantastic throughout the process of managing the non-profit and the entire charitable component, and all of the logistics that went along with that. Our Build-a-Wheelchair event ran perfectly and the facilitation kept our teams on track throughout the event. The whole concept of giving a group of colleagues (most of which didn’t know each other) a mission to compete in iPad Activities in order to build the wheelchair was a great team builder. It got them out of their comfort zone and working together on a valuable cause. From what we observed, the wheelchair time-trial races were the most fun for our learners. It was also a valuable experience to “put them in somebody else’s shoes”. The iPad Photo challenges had a lot of people laughing and having a good time too! Our group loved the activities in their Kids Rock event, as well as the charitable “giving back” aspect of the program. The most fun was the interactive iPad contest. As salespeople, our group is very competitive and loved the competition. Having the receiving organization (Ronald McDonald House) representatives on-site to accept the rocking chairs, bears and rocking horses was a very emotional experience.

Our Competition to Collaboration event created a high level of interaction with clear lessons the group easily identified. All three of the challenge sessions were fun and your lead facilitator did a great job. I got excellent feedback from my boss and the team. With 1/3 of our team being new and the second day of work for most of them, this activity was spot on to get everyone working together. I was very impressed with the insights the team shared from the experience.

Our Pipeline event was very organized. The theme related with our objective of team building and accomplished our greater goal as a team. The most fun was watching the final race results of the catapult we all built. Our group really enjoyed all the activities.

We used your team to close our Winter Conference with an Igniting Team Performance program. Your lead facilitator did a fantastic job of using activities to drive home points around teamwork, collaboration, and leadership. He brought together a diverse group of storeowners, corporate staff, and vendors and had them fully engaged throughout the entire session. The “friendly” competition between teams was the best part of the night – the teams had to be #1. Each game was fun, but the Oreo cookie challenge gave us all the most laughs. Your lead facilitator did an awesome job – the way he interacted with the team and even dealt with a few “smart asses” was wonderful. He kept things moving at a great pace and from start to finish it was wonderful. I have only received positive feedback from the A Minute 2 Win It event last night and today everyone is telling me how much fun they had.

Your Bike Build Donation was perfect! The warm-up activities that your lead facilitator did really got the group engaged and in the right frame of mind to work together on the bikes. It set the tone for the program! The most fun was giving the bikes to the charity – some attendees even teared up! Everyone seemed to have a great time building the bikes and hearing from the charity they were donated to. Your lead facilitator was amazing! He made the event great!

Our 1,450-person Located and Donate SmartHunt was very organized. The best team building aspect was the technology and the response time for each team’s submission. The most fun was networking with team members. Our entire group enjoyed their SmartHunt very much. It really ran smoothly and was a great event!

Our Bike Build event went off without a hitch, and everyone was very professional. Working together with teammates to complete challenges on the iPads was really fun. Your lead facilitator was fantastic and his opening icebreaker called Entourage was really fun. The interaction between colleagues during our Minute 2 Win for Charity program was a great team builder. Our group overall enjoyed the activities a lot. It was one of their favorite sessions of our entire meeting.

I have heard statements like “this was the best Training Day activity EVER!!” Our group really enjoyed the activities. Everything was fun!! The best “team building” aspect was during the cross sharing of information where one team had to mentor and coach the other team on how to outscore them. I think the groups got excited the most when their team was competing. Your lead facilitator and his team are absolutely the BEST!! I got specific compliments on him and how engaging he was with the entire staff. We were extremely satisfied with our Competition to Collaboration program.

EVERYTHING at our Food Truck Face-Off was fun. Working together with other employees that we didn’t have much contact with at work really made it a great team building exercise. The event was extremely organized and our group said they had the best time. Your lead facilitator was amazing!

The entire Amazing Chase SmartHunt event was great and the challenges really encouraged the teams to work together. Watching the videos and images after the event was the most fun. Our entire group was very happy with the event. Many folks were dreading the activity at first, but by the end everyone was smiling and having a blast.

Our Amazing Chase SmartHunt was extremely organized. The best teambuilding part of the event was the Roadblocks. The whole thing was fun and we really enjoyed watching the photos and videos immediately after the event. Everyone enjoyed it and got a lot out of the program. Great team building!

Our group at Cisco felt that this was one of the best teambuilding events they had ever attended. They mentioned that sometimes these programs can be a little corny, but this was really great, especially the team building involved in doing the iPad challenges as a team. Aside from the competitive aspect, as we are a very competitive group, our group really enjoyed meeting the Boys & Girls Club representatives and understanding who was getting the bikes. Your lead facilitator did an absolutely fantastic job!!

This is a tough group of high-level OMG/IIC people from around the globe and it was nice to see them come together in such a short time. Our Mystery of Da Vinci SmartHunt was well organized and the teams enjoyed exploring the Reston Town Center. They are a very competitive group so it was nice to see their collaboration to solve the mystery and get the get the cryptex opened at the end of the program.

Your team did a FANTASTIC job at our Bike Build event in Chantilly last week! I’ve heard sooooo many staff raving about how much they LOVED your event…and your lead facilitator’s uplifting, FUN personality and ENERGY! THANKS so much for making it such a success! This was one of the best events we’ve ever done! It was very organized and every activity was a great team builder. Our group enjoyed all of it and the fact that your lead facilitator told her personal story and related it back to everything. The entire event was fun and the team enjoyed it from start to finish.

Our Build-a-Wheelchair program was very organized. Building wheelchairs was a great team building activity and the wheelchair races are really fun. Our group enjoyed the activities and the charitable aspects of the program. It was a fantastic experience.

Our Igniting Team Performance program was extremely well organized and gave our groups to opportunity to experience their natural styles. Build-a-Wheelchair was a great program and we’d do it again. Our group enjoyed it a lot – I received so much positive feedback. I liked the picture taking on iPads of the different activities and watching the group build the wheelchair was the most fun. Our group really enjoyed the charitable aspect and it was great having Natasha from Soldiers of Angels come to the program and accept our donation.

Your lead did a great job of facilitating the event and getting our guys engaged from the beginning. We learned a lot about each other and were able to work together toward a common goal. The Igniting Team Performance program your company delivered to the Project Management Institute was extremely organized. The peer education aspect was the best team building aspect of the program and the competitive nature made it fun. Your lead facilitator was excellent and our group really enjoyed the program.

This was my first cooking competition. Once I met your lead facilitator on site, we talked things through and he really made me feel like I can just trust him and let him run the show. He was a great sport about my client delaying the start of the event and did an incredible job. Watching all the participants really getting into it and competing was great. I think all the guests had a blast!

We have done your Build-a-Guitar program in the past, and I have recommended you to other groups. The best part of our Build-a-Guitar event was watching the teams work together and laugh and have fun! The event was very organized and your staff had everything laid out and set-up in an orderly fashion for our program. The pictures we took of the team while doing the different planned photos was the best! It was great to have the principal of the school come and tell us about the program. That was very special. We will definitely use Best Corporate Events again!

Your lead facilitator was very organized and able to be flexible with the program to meet our time commitment. The entire Bike Build Donation program was fun. Our group loved it and the facilitators were awesome. I had some of the leaders state they were going to book your events for their teams.

The best part of this event was seeing the cycle times reduced significantly due to better communication, collaboration; working in teams with different people. Our Mini Golf event was fun because every hole was different and so folks got to try other holes. The program seemed very well received by our group. The best “team building” aspect of the program was not knowing what we were going to do and then having to work together to come up with an idea and then executing it. Your presenter and supporting staff were great in their interactions with our group and were very pleasant to work with.

Our Pipeline program was extremely organized. Working as a group to get the pipeline to work was a great team building exercise. Figuring out the pipeline and how to get the marbles from point a to b was the most fun. Our group had a blast! Everyone enjoyed the exercise and was involved.

The activities were great to get everyone better acquainted – but the children coming to accept the bikes was the best. The most fun were the iPad challenges. The overall coordination was great – especially with your staff who setup the charitable giving, even after the first recipient had to back out – they were great with follow-up. Our group loved it – nothing but positive feedback.

Your Facilitator chose a great icebreaker that really got the teams excited to compete. From the photos and videos I saw, the challenges looked really fun. It was obvious. The group enjoyed it immensely. My clients were very pleased. They said the facilitators were some of the most organized and professional teams they’ve ever worked with.

Our Locate and Donate SmartHunt experience was fantastic. I got to meet new team members at Lowe’s, people that I don’t interact with on a daily basis.

The best parts of today’s Locate and Donate program were the SmartHunt app, working with our teammates, and getting to know other people who work here at Merrill Lynch.

The most fun at our Chocolate Architect program was building the bridge and being creative about materials. The iPad photo challenges and the actual building of the structure were a great team builder. Your lead was a good moderator and our group as a whole enjoyed 100% of the activities.

Our group had a great time during the Bike Build Donation and really appreciated being able to give back to the Boys and Girls Club. The best team building aspect was the great interaction during the bike build and the different tasks we needed to accomplish to get points on the iPads were really fun. The opportunity for the teams to de-brief, sharing with each other what they did in their circles and preparing them for success when they would have the opportunity to complete the task was a great team builder. The communication aspects the program were fun, as was putting together the puzzle pieces which allowed for communication with employees they do not typically interact with. The initial icebreaker for our A Minute 2 Win It program was really fun and set the temperature for the entire event. We were nervous about this program because this was a huge leap from anything we had done in the past but your facilitators delivered a home run. Our group responded to the competitive aspect of the bike building challenge immediately. The entire program was fun for our participants. They loved the charitable aspect of the program and were emotional when the representatives came in, especially the children.

It was great to see people working together in person to complete a project, people who usually work on the phone together, some not at all, to complete a very time consuming task. In my opinion, the most fun was watching and participating in the go-kart race and the beginning icebreaker. I appreciated everything starting and ending on time. Time management is very important to the Quality Team, especially since our time was limited. Judging from the looks on everyone’s face, everyone really enjoyed it. We’ll recommend it to anyone!

A Minute 2 Win It was the best team building event we’ve ever had here at Samsung Semiconductor, according to our participants! It was well organized, the communication exercise was a real team builder and the games were fun. Our group loved it.

The team LOVED their Amazing Chase SmartHunt. Great use of working together and fun! The Back Flip challenge station was often mentioned as a great obstacle in the race. As a whole, our group said they LOVED it! They enjoyed all the activities and said they want to do it again!

Our Bears and Blankets program was very organized! Everyone at your company was extremely responsive and helpful. The energy in the room was very positive and everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves. The entire program was fun especially and the cookies on the face which was really funny. This was a great teambuilding event. I got to meet different people in different functions within Ethicon. We also got to build wheelchairs for the wounded soldiers and test driving them to see how they worked. I’m looking forward to meeting the recipients and thanking them for honoring us with their service.

I’ve really had a great time, this has been completely different from anything I’ve ever done in terms of teambuilding, in terms of corporate activities. To paraphrase, it broke the ice with a lot of people I don’t get to interact with on a day-to-day basis. And I think it really helps build the community spirit of the company, which is already going strong, but always glad to have new opportunities. So, cheers!

This culinary team building program requires creativity because the ingredients in Sangria vary from region to region, particularly in the type of fruit used, the kind of spirits added, and the presence or lack of carbonation. This means that each team’s Sangria will taste different, making the Tapas & Sangria paring even more interesting. This is fun team building event that also serves as a great appetizer for your group and doubles as a fun lead-in to any corporate dinner!

Our Amazing Chase SmartHunt at the Washington Zoo was a great team builder especially the fact that program started by forming teams with people that we do not usually work with. The most fun was interacting with the children and doing all of the fun and silly challenges around the Zoo. Although it was a very hot day, I think our facilitator did a really good job with making sure we were all comfortable and our SmartHunt allowed us to move into cooler places. I feel my group really enjoyed the activity.

Your lead facilitator got the ENTIRE crowd involved. We were unsure if everyone would participate in the Bike Build Donation but they all joined in the fun. The teams quickly began to work together on their challenges and loved the little videos they had to make. They really enjoyed the charitable aspect of the program. Unbelievable! We’ve had more amazing feedback about this event and “giving back” than we have for any other team event we’ve had. Best Team Building experiences to date! Our City SmartHunt was extremely organized. The video challenges on the iPads were really fun and our group loved all the activities. We can’t wait to receive the finish video of the photos and videos you had playing at the end of the event.

I have used Best Corporate Event for a couple of events and the facilitators are on spot, very energetic and get the group relaxed and having a good time. The activities and charitable aspect of the Bike Build Donation program was a big hit with the group. They loved being able to team build and at the same time give back to the community. I think the icebreaker interaction with group and the children being able to be on site to get their bikes was a huge plus.

We had been planning the launch of this program for a while, and now it seems more timely than ever. Our nation has a significant homeless population, and recent events are taxing the resources of shelters and support agencies. Our hope is that we can inspire companies and their staffs to work together better and support their communities in the process. Nationally, homelessness is rising and it’s not just children and families. Among older homeless adults, 44% became homeless for the first time AFTER age 50. America’s homeless elderly population is projected to nearly triple by 2030, according to new research. If we’re not part of the problem, we should be part of the solution.

Your facilitator did a fabulous job with our Bike Build Donation! He worked really well with his assistant and the team talked about the experience days after. They loved the icebreaker and building the bikes. It was great watching the teams work together. The charity showed up and brought kids from their program. They were able to eat with us and watch the fun. It was fabulous!

Kids Rock was a great team builder. Randomly combining employees from all workgroups, that may not all know each other, gave them a chance to meet new people. We had fewer participants than expected (due to a lot of factors), and your team did a great job of consolidating partial tables at the last minute. Stuffing the animals was fun! Actually, all of the hands-on building was fun – even the iPad questions/activities to earn the points. Everyone was very moved by the charity representative sharing exactly how the rocking chairs/horses and animals would be used – made it very meaningful.

Our Competition to Collaboration event was extremely organized and fit into our goals well and aligned to our current challenges. The entire program was fun and I feel our group as a whole enjoyed the activities very much and had a great time. I think our lead facilitator and his team did an outstanding job!

We just completed an extremely organized Build-a-Wheelchair event. The best team building aspect of this program was the group collaboration needed to complete the iPad challenges. Coming up with creative ideas to fulfill the requests was the most fun. Our group loved being active, being competitive and mostly, giving back to the community. The Team Olympics was the most fun and our group loved the entire program. We had bad weather and had to move inside and it still worked out great. My favorite team building aspect of the program was that after a team completed the games in speed networking, they THEN had to train another team to do better than them. It went great.

We did the bike build for charity. I will admit when our group found out what it was, they were thinking it would be boring, but, they all loved it! The whole thing was fantastic and we had a terrific time. Your lead facilitator was phenomenal and the charity aspect touched everyone.

Everyone was engaged and active, from the first warm-up activity through the end thanks to your great facilitator. He was one of the best I’ve seen in 13 years; clear, engaging, respectful, adapted the basic plan to our requirements flawlessly and had enough energy to drive home the transfer of learning to real-world work in the debrief. Mixing the groups so that the interns worked with different people than they are used to was a great team builder, as was working together creatively with limited resources. The most fun was seeing the interns proud of their work and presenting together. They enjoyed it! Something different for them and they liked being creative. I noticed there was a shift in energy to being more positive and engaged with this activity closing the day after lots of sessions. Your facilitator was great and I enjoyed working with Pam as the primary contact for our local charity.

We loved the icebreakers with the group, several of which we had never seen before and we found them to be very interesting and engaging. Watching the adults ride the bikes for “quality control” and the joy on the adults’ faces was fun, which we hope mirrors the joy the recipients (children) will experience with the bikes. It was such a pleasure to meet you and your teammates. The majority of our clients are low income, so a wheelchair is a huge expense. We transition seniors who are in skilled nursing facilities and hospitals back into the community. We find them housing and work with them to help them be successful in living independently again. Navigating through the challenges to try and win was the best team building aspect of our Amazing Chase SmartHunt! It was fun being creative with video challenges and the roadblock challenges were cool. Our group had a blast!

Our group enjoyed their Bridge to the Future event. Working together to build something that we could all walk across, even if there were doubters in the group was a great team builder. I wanted to properly thank you for the teambuilding Build A Wheelchair event last week in Phoenix! Having just reviewed the feedback surveys it ranked as one of the highest parts of the meeting and many folks commented on the relevance and meaningfulness of this event. The activities and charitable aspect of the Build-a-Wheelchair program are what made it one of the best team building events our group said they have participated in. The kick-off competition early on was fun and hearing from the MDA about how they will be using the wheelchairs was great. I think the way your lead facilitator set up our Fiesta Fun program made it fun because we had to earn our ingredients. It really added another level of competition to the whole event. I really love this activity and it’s proven itself to be a great way for our consultants to let their guard down and have some fun. Your facilitator delivered an extremely organized Minute 2 Win It event for our group. Learning about peoples differences and their strengths was a great team builder. The activity I thought was the most fun was the pencil flip. As a whole, I think our group really enjoyed their program.

It was definitely out of the box, but I think that’s what people liked about the activities the most. Our group of 650 TruGreen employees had an amazing time at their event. The best team building aspect of the Build-a-Guitar program was seeing the teams work together. The most fun was seeing the end results of our attendee’s efforts and the kids playing the guitars.

This generous donation enabled us to introduce music in memory to many residents in our Allen Morgan Health Center with Alzheimer’s and dementia who continue to need memory support and will highly benefit from the new means of music therapy. We also thank you for donating handmade blankets, cards, and crossword puzzle books. We distributed these to our residents here for short-term rehab. Often times they are admitted straight from the hospital without personal items that make it feel like home so these gifts truly mean so much to them.

It was a great day for the 3,500 Lowe’s managers that participated in the Bike Build Donation event at the Sand’s Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas. They set the World Record by building and donating 1,048 bikes, helmets, and locks to deserving children at Boys & Girls Clubs throughout the state of Nevada.

Your lead facilitator was able to motivate even our most skeptical attendees. These were leaders of their respective organizations and they all got involved and excited. They loved the ‘twist’ to the definition of winning. It was that critical component of your Competition to Collaboration program that enticed us to choose it. And it worked!!

Our group truly enjoyed the entire event. Your lead facilitator did an amazing job and even involved the “cheerleaders” who were the wives of some of the participants. Which made it fun for everyone! It was a smooth and easy process from the sales to the actual event. Most of the group are ESL and are from all over the world, not having met before or interacted with each other. Your program was able to bring them together and have them get out of their bubbles to work together. Later that night we had a formal dinner and a bunch of them wore their medals to the dinner, it was adorable.

In response to requests from our network of Boys and Girls Clubs, we designed this fun, charitable team building program, geared towards older children. Unlike the bikes donated to deserving children in the community through our Bike Build Donation, these beautiful Green Machines will be donated directly to the facilities of organizations who serve children in the local community. This way all the children attending have a chance to ride an exciting Green Machine!

The best team building aspect of our Catapult program was that everyone was involved. People really weren’t able to not participate! The most fun was actually making our own catapult and our group is a whole enjoyed the activities. I know everyone loved it. Overall, it was a great time.

Our Mini-Golf Build was very organized. Our team leader was awesome! She kept the energy and interest levels high Working together in small groups to problem-solve was a great teambuilding exercise. Our group enjoyed the activities and charitable aspect of the program. They were major highlights of the event. The most fun was giving all the canned and boxed goods away to charity at the end.

The icebreaker games really got things off to a good start and the competitiveness of a race to build the bikes also brought people together working as a team. The entire program was fun. The charitable aspect allowed people to break out of their comfort zone to participate in some of the funny things they were required to do to get points. Your facilitator was super! He was engaging and inspiring. It was apparent he loved what he was doing. We also wanted to try and reduce the amount of time for the entire event as we were working within a tighter timeframe than originally thought. He did an excellent job at moving everything forward in a professional manner.

Your team just made the top score on one of the challenges! they are on the video scoreboard for all to see! So your team starts a different challenge and almost beats the high score on the board. Our group loved their Igniting Team Performance Event. All the participants were engaged. The best teambuilding aspect of the program was the card sorting challenge and the most fun was the zoom activity. The program was very well organized. Your lead facilitator was energetic and engaging and provided tasks to our group that could be easily linked to our job responsibilities.

The event turned out really well and everyone enjoyed it. Our Mini-Golf Build and Food Donation is an extremely organized event. The teams working together to design and construct their mini golf holes turned out to be a great team builder. Everything we did in the program was fun! Our Operation Military Care event was extremely organized. It was a great team building exercise because it got everybody on each team involved. The most fun was acting out the photo and video part of the team-building event on the iPads. The award medals were a big hit and we got great feedback from all of our employees and would do another team building event from your company.

Our New Your City SmartHunt was extremely organized and we loved the massive opening icebreaker you called Entourage – it really got the crowd going. The hunt itself was really fun and our group all had an amazing time. It was great from start to finish!

Everyone loves the escape concept! They are great fun and challenging for small groups, however, Escape Room owners agree 4 to 8 people is optimal, with 6 participants being the sweet spot. Our clients have been asking us to design an escape-type event for large groups. Our sister company, SmartHunts took on the challenge and created a very cool, high-tech Escape SmartHunt for larger groups. This fun, fast-paced event features escape activities coordinated by our proprietary apps running on iPads we provide to each team. It can be run in hotel breakout rooms, resorts, and even around a city. Every Escape SmartHunt is customized to fit our clients’ group size, location, goals, and outcomes. S

Your Competition to Collaboration program did a great job making connections between the workplace and the activities. We’ve done about 7 other activities as an office and none made the connection between how we work together in and outside the office as well as this event. The wrap up at the end, where your lead facilitator made parallels between situations that we experienced in the team building exercises with situations that may/may not occur in the office, was great debrief.

Everyone had a blast and they were still talking about how much fun they had the next day at work. It was a great team building experience and made us want to do it again. We loved the Oreo Cookie challenge. We like to do another team building program in nine months.

Your lead facilitator started the program with an activity where, as a team, we had to figure out how each of our pieces of a picture connected to the rest of the groups. It was great at showing how important communication and networking can be. I haven’t gotten the official feedback from our survey, but every person that came up to me, commented on how moving the experience was for them. The most fun was seeing the faces of the kids when they got their bikes!

Your Igniting Team Performance event rocked. Once again–you all hit a HOME RUN! The “stock market” exchange activity was great and your lead facilitator was fantastic! It’s been a pleasure to work with you in the last 4 years and we look forward to the next event!

As a bystander, I enjoyed watching them create shapes to answer questions, sing and hop like a bunny. The entire evening was fun! Our Competition to Collaboration event was great but I liked the card challenge the best as we were forced to think on our feet and I noticed people who normally do not take the lead were stepping up into the role. Our group really enjoyed the activities. Several associates came up to me after the event to express their joy with the events. Our facilitator kept it fun while also maintaining control of the room. This is the second year we have used your services and we have not been disappointed.

Our Bike Build Donation was such a cool and fun experience, and it was great helping out the children in the community. Your facilitator was very high energy and helpful. The most fun was the building of the bikes, the team cheers, and taking all of the pictures and videos on the iPads. Our group loved it!

This was definitely one of the coolest company events I have ever participated in and I certainly had a great time meeting people I have just seen around the campus. When ScanSource asked us if we could design a Race Car program for them, we said, “Sure, we can design and deliver just about anything.” Then they told us there would be one 1,000 participants. “No problem!” we replied. Then they told us they wanted their employees to build their own cars…out of Legos! Wow, that’s a lot of Lego pieces we thought. And it was! We first had figured out all the essential parts we needed to buy for each car, like heavy metal Lego car chassis for speed, wheels, drivers, and windshields. Then we order a ton of random Lego pieces for building custom car bodies. But the biggest job came after all the shipments arrived at our production center. We had to make up rando

I think our interns really enjoyed the entire Donation Nation Care Packs program. The use of the iPads to do team activities and collaborate together was great and your lead facilitator was phenomenal. He was on time, organized and enthusiastic throughout the entire day! The best “team building” aspect of our Build-a-Wheelchair program was the interactive questions and tasks that needed to be done together on the iPads. We just completed a very organized Go-Kart Competition team-building program. Your facilitator was a great host! He also opened the whole experience up with an icebreaker, which wonderfully transitioned our group into the competition. The group really enjoyed the activities and race was a lot of fun!

I really liked being able to ask Best Corporate Events to help us out because they took the event to the next level. Good morning, everyone. I wanted to take a few minutes to thank all of you for putting together a fantastic program for SKH University 2019 on February 27. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this audience so engaged. People were still buzzing about it the next day. Even some of our quieter, normally less enthusiastic participants were completely engaged in the activities. Our feedback form was sent out yesterday, so responses are still coming in, but it was definitely a home run. Let me know if you’d like me to share the final feedback report. Our STEM Backpacks for Kids program was very organized by your lead facilitator who kept everything moving along at a good pace The opening icebreaker was really fun and the iPad questions were challenging. Building structures with the MakeDo kits and working on the electronics projects took a lot of teamwork! I think our employees really enjoyed the activities and the charitable aspect of this event with the assembling and donation of the STEM backpacks.

Allowing our teams to interact together in a low-stress environment while working towards a common goal was a great team builder. The most fun was the competition aspect and having the competition elements revealed as the games went on versus all at the beginning. We all enjoyed our Competition to Collaboration program and your lead did an excellent job of facilitating.

We had a group of both Sales and Account management and we loved that they were broken into groups so they didn’t just work with people they were used to seeing on a daily basis. Honestly, I think the whole Build-a-Wheelchair program was fun, loved the ice breakers and seeing them all laughing and having a good time, enjoyed seeing them work as a team and loved the wheelchair races at the end! The feedback we received from the group was that they really liked this event, loved the part that we were doing something for the veterans and being able to be a part of that. Your lead facilitator was excellent and the entire Build-a-Guitar program was extremely organized and well run. Getting a disparate group of people to work together for the first time to build and market their guitar was the ultimate team builder. The most fun was the judging portion and marketing category of the guitar build. The event was so well put together. The group loved the iPad interactions and the kickoff putting everyone into groups. All of it was great! Everyone said Our facilitator was very professional, positive and organized.

Our graphic designer made sketches and our team picked their top four favorites. We then turned the first design into a large 8-panel mural, picked colors, matched them to numbers on the canvas, and had the company that printed the Siemens mural print our panels and frame them. When the panels arrived at our national headquarters, we got painting. Our employees painted during breaks and after-hours and soon we had a finished mural with our logo at the top that we’ve hung in our main conference room! Our mural, being held by eight of our “artists”, is the first photo below.

The best team building aspect of the program was EVERYONE got to participate. The whole thing was fun! We have heard nothing but great reviews and everyone had a great time. Our facilitator was energetic, funny and worked extremely well with everyone

I was blown away by the level of thought put into our team-building event by the colleagues at Best Corporate Events. From the backpacks to the app on the iPad, everything was super user-friendly and at the pace of our colleagues. Your lead facilitator did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job yesterday with our team building Tampa. He was there early, had the tables prepped before going in, and thoroughly captivated the crowd and had their 100% attention from the start. He did a great job of including the client exec team (who were not part of the build teams) in the process. It was another very successful event with a very happy and satisfied client – as well as some very, very happy children.

Everyone enjoyed the team building Denver event as an action-packed, competitive and FUN. Our group loved the activities in their Kids Rock team building San Antonio event. We also loved the “giving back” aspect of the program. The most fun was the interactive iPad contest. Having the receiving organization (Ronald McDonald House) representatives on-site to accept the rocking chairs, bears and rocking horses was a very emotional experience.

It was a great day for team building Las Vegas! 3,500 Lowe’s managers participated in the Bike Build Donation event on February 7, 2018, at the Sand’s Expo and Convention Center. They set the World Record by building and donating 1,048 bike, helmets, and locks to deserving children throughout the state of Nevada.

The competitive nature of the game was the best! The questions that were created by your team were so fun. I asked everyone and they loved it!

It was all so great. I have to say we loved the lesson learned after each game. Honestly loved all of it! Our facilitator was amazing. He kept it going at a perfect pace. It was better than I expected!

We had you deliver your Virtual Meetings Tune-Up. It was very organized, and our group enjoyed the activity very much, they are a competitive group, and this really brought out this spirit in a fun way! How did I feel our group as a whole enjoyed the activity? They LOVED it! And they enjoyed the gaming part. Our Virtual Competition to Collaboration program was very organized, and Roy and Ryan were awesome, we had quite a few compliments on the program!

The Viewpointe team has been working extremely hard this year. I think having the opportunity to step away, be with the entire company, and have some laughs was tremendous. The banter between everyone after the correct price was given was so much fun! They were so grateful that we set this up and the common thread was that it felt so good to laugh! Your facilitator was terrific! He was very quick-witted and joined right in with our banter. He kept the event moving and was a terrific host.

My group thoroughly enjoyed The Cave Escape Room, and it ran very smoothly! My favorite part of the activity was working in teams, competing against each other. A little healthy competition is always good. Teams were determined at random, so folks from different areas of my organization were able to work together and get to know each other. All felt the event was a great success!

Our group most definitely enjoyed their Virtual Speed Networking event. They really liked the word puzzles. Everyone got a chance to participate and got to learn new things about their teammates helped bond our team. The feedback was that they absolutely loved the program and your host/facilitator Roy.

Yesterday’s Virtual Best Corporate Feud was a huge success. I received positive feedback from my client that she received positive feedback from her attendees. All in all, it was the BEST we could have asked for. Your team has been absolutely outstanding, and I can say with certainty there will be no hesitation to recommend your organization for future events.

We only received positive feedback (it was our first remote event as a company). It was great being in teams, just having fun together. It was good that we had mixed groups from different teams (people you usually don’t talk to every day) because it helped to bond our group. Good atmosphere, everyone enjoyed the vibe, time flew by. We are all international and some people did not get some of the Survey questions, but I guess that’s what having teammates to help is all about :-))

Our group was very happy with their experience and provided positive feedback. The music and movie trivia was great and brought out the fun competitiveness of the team. Also seeing everyone dressed in their festive accessories. It was our last department meeting of the year, so it was nice to step back from work projects and reset for a bit. Our group really enjoyed their Virtual Price it Right event, especially the scavenger hunt games. The teams really bonded when they were in breakout rooms and working together. I believe our entire group was engaged and enjoyed the event. The activity that was the most fun was seeing the different items and trying to figure out pricing as a team. We pick our Virtual Mind Games program for our group. It was engaging with interesting content. The best part was having fun together and our group had a great time. We enjoyed the event very much! We have not had so much fun as a group in a while. The most fun was the interaction – going into the breakout rooms to discuss answers and convening back. Our feedback from our DDRs was very positive. They loved the ability to get into small groups and see their co-workers and talk thru personality traits. It has been over 1 1/2 years since we have been together. Our RVPs (Regional Sales Managers) were excited about the DDR comments and recognize they could benefit from additional sales training on personality and other items. Everyone was engaged and gave positive feedback about their experience. We enjoyed the entire session, but I would personally say that the interaction with each person during the bonus rounds was the part that allowed us to do something silly and fun. Our group loved our Amazing Chase SmartHunt program! Everything was very organized and although it was raining, the team had a great attitude about everything and made it fun. Our favorite part was the roadblock activities, they were so much fun! Our group enjoyed our Guess that Price program. The team games in the main breakout room were a group favorite, and the competitive nature of the program was great for a sales incentive launch. The cross-sales team interactions created some team bonding opportunities, due to random teams. This program was so great! Everyone had fun and loved giving the bikes to the kids. Our event was extremely organized and I received TONS of positive feedback. I’m thrilled with our City SmartHunt program! The entire hunt was extremely organized, a great team-building experience, and we really enjoyed the fun Rock, Paper, Scissors icebreaker. We had so much fun running around the city completing tasks. Our facilitator Dan was lively, fun, and able to work with our rowdy group. The feedback I’ve heard from the group was unanimously positive!

Our group definitely enjoyed our event, everyone was very engaged and laughing the entire time! Our host Paul was amazing! The group loved that he was witty and played into their “dry” humor! He was very engaging and always kept the crowd laughing, and he was very good at explaining the game and keeping the teams on track. It was really fun hearing the group interact as if they were in the same room…but they were virtual. This group has not met in person in almost two years….so joining together as small teams definitely brought back their “teamwork” mentality.

We absolutely enjoyed our virtual Escape the Office event! The entire team at Best has been wonderful! Great customer service, great product and it was a great experience. Working together on the competition aspect of the activity was probably the most fun for our group. Getting to know global partners and counterparts that we’d never normally interact with, even though we’re part of the same department, was a great opportunity for team building. Everyone really enjoyed our Build-a-Wheelchair event! We had so much fun interacting with our host and playing the games during the program. We rated our host 5 out of 5, he was great and everyone loved his humor! I feel this was a very memorable event.

Our group loved our Bike Build Donation program! The event was extremely organized, and it was great to watch all the employees having fun. Having everyone working together was a wonderful team-building experience. Our facilitator Paul was great at getting everyone involved as well. We will do this again!

Our entire Bike Build Donation program was great, but our facilitator was amazing! Indy was personable, funny, and very engaging. The event was extremely organized and we had so much fun with the bike race at the end. We always love these events, it made our 2-day offsite a perfect ending. We thoroughly enjoyed our Build-a-Guitar program! The event was extremely organized, and the group bonded through the iPad activities and capturing those photos. The most fun and most rewarding part was meeting the charity representative and kids to receive the guitars and gift donations. We heard about their organization and saw how this activity would be used beyond our meeting activity. Indy was a fantastic host. He helped re-string and tune all the guitars to ensure they were useable. He was also very adaptable and worked with us when our schedule was running late. He was accommodating, helpful, cheerful, and energizing! Indy was the best!!!

Our group enjoyed our Virtual Speed Networking event. The discussions were active and engaging and I think people were glad to have attended. The most fun was having the opportunity to build new relationships in a safe way. As a result of these new relationships, attendees expanded their networks which they will be able to leverage for guidance and support in the future. I think your team did a great job, and our host Paul was incredibly responsive and engaged. He was a great host and brought an energy that put attendees at ease. He was incredibly helpful with planning the logistics prior to the event. It would be great to work with him again!

Our group had a lot of fun with our Virtual Are You Smarter than a 6th Grader program! The group loved the range of questions. We liked that there were some questions outside of a typical academic curriculum. We had the most fun reminiscing about middle school with our host Russ, who is always so fun to work with! We laughed and sang songs (prompted by certain questions) that reminded us of our middle school years.

The team had a great time with Virtual Code Breakers ! The video questions were particularly fun. The group enjoyed the program and were excited to receive the list of movie recommendations from our facilitator, Russ was engaging and kept the game moving very well. Every single person I spoke with had a blast with A Minute to Win It! I love that you come to us and bring all of the props needed so we don’t have to think about that, and everything was extremely organized. We got a great team building experience with the card game where it was super important to follow directions, and building a structure out of marshmallows and noodles was so much fun. Our facilitator was excellent; his personality mixed with our team seamlessly. He was a treat and the whole company had a great time because of him. They were amazed at how fast the time went during the program. One person said that we MUST do this again!

We received extremely positive feedback from the whole group on our Donation Nation program! , some referenced that this was “One of the top, if not the best team-building exercises I’ve ever participated with in 20 years.” The event was extremely organized and our facilitator Nate was excellent; personable, helpful, and energetic. Our group had so much fun with Anton’s magic and mentalism during our Virtual Interactive Magic Show! The whole team building activity was a huge hit with our team members. There was a lot of positive interaction all the way from the warm-up segment to kick off the event as well as the building time with the teams. Paul did an exceptional job as he instilled a lot of enthusiasm, humor, and direction. The Veteran’s organization that was selected was absolutely perfect as the wheelchairs will be donated to a very deserving organization and particularly highlighting women veterans which the representative from the Veteran’s organization indicated is an area of high need. The Crack the Case event went very well. The team enjoyed it very much and especially loved Paul’s ice breaker activity that wasn’t part of our original request, and he and Brian were able to pivot at the last minute to accommodate changes to our group size. Adding the competitive ice breaker really helped to get the team excited and they still talk about it today. They definitely exceeded expectations. Awesome job! Thank you!

Our Pipeline program was extremely organized, fun, engaging, challenging, and tied to our corporate values and philosophies. The facilitator, Indy, worked with me to incorporate the concepts contained in our corporate Leadership Way and tied the activities to the different pillars of that concept. Indy and I spoke prior to the event and it was apparent he worked hard to make note of and incorporate into the programs the things we discussed. Everyone loved our Bike Build Donation program!. People were a bit skeptical going into the event and it turned out so much better than everyone anticipated. Having the bikes go to a good cause was such an added bonus. The event was extremely organized, and the group enjoyed working together to get the points on our iPads and building the bikes together. Our facilitator Nate was FANTASTIC! Everyone enjoyed his energy and he was a fantastic leader and made the event very entertaining. I think the facilitator can make or break an event like that and he made it a blast!

The group loved our Mini-Golf Food Donation program! It was so much fun watching the creativity and competitive spirit. Our facilitator Indy brought an unexpected level of energy that had the team engaged from the word go! Indy’s energy and engagement were the success factors – we would very much like to work with Indy again.

The Saving Santa Virtual Escape Room was a lot of fun and great team building event. The challenge with the physical directions to figure out the numbers was hilarious. Everyone had a good time, it was harder than everyone expected and some of the directions on how to figure out the codes confused people but our group bonded well while collaborating on ideas and talking through solutions.

Did we enjoy our event? YES!!!! All of it was so much fun! We loved the host inviting everyone in and making them feel like a part of the experience. Our host Bradley was amazing – interactive, fun & relatable. I loved how he made everyone comfortable in the beginning logging in and even pulled up a video someone spoke about to enjoy before the event began 🙂 🙂 🙂 He helped along the bonding aspect of the activity by calling out people by name and allowing conversations. We very much enjoyed our Virtual Best Corporate Feud program! It was great because we had 3 new employees who were thrown into breakout rooms and they got to know the other staff. It was a great way to get together during these trying times. Excellent event, everyone had a lot of fun!

Our Virtual Escape Room Pharaoh Quest event was very enjoyable. We had the most fun solving the puzzles, even though it was quite challenging to get started. The random grouping of teams allowed our interns to get to meet other interns and HR/managers. Participants found it interesting to see the other team’s process live.

I think the group really enjoyed the Virtual Competition to Collaboration event. The game was the most fun, and it created bonds with encouragement, strategizing and trust. Our group had a lot of fun with the engagement during the program!

Our DiSC workshop was a great and extremely organized event! Our facilitator Stephanie was perfect for us. Very outgoing! We learned more about each other’s working styles to better communicate and connect. It was fun finding out the “do” and the “don’t” and having fun with it. Everyone had a great time – I recommend DiSC for every team!!

We truly had so much fun with our entire Competition to Collaboration program! All of the activities and the debriefing discussions provided great team building opportunities. I received lots of feedback celebrating what a great day it was! Our facilitator was engaging, with an intentional understanding of the group dynamics. Our Speed Networking program was an extremely organized event. The way the host made everyone comfortable and kept the conversation going helped bond our team. Our group really loved coming together to build guitars for the Boys and Girls club. They loved the Charitable part of the Build-a-Guitar program. This was their favorite part. Our teams also had fun during the ice breaker, but they had fun throughout the program! Indy was super engaging and MADE the event! We really enjoyed partnering together on this!

Best Corporate Events was professional and very easy to work with. Our team did their Bike Build Donation program with roughly 80 people, and everyone LOVED IT! Our instructor, Dan, was amazing as well – very engaging, upbeat. BCE also helped pair us with a local charity to donate the bikes! We really enjoyed both the activities – the bridge building and the “find 3 common things” which worked as a great ice breaker for the company since a lot of people had not met in person due to the pandemic. The event was very organized and the most fun was walking on the bridge we had built and watching everyone take initiative for different aspects of the activity. Our Bike Build Donation program was a very organized event. The icebreaker was great at getting the groups to loosen up and have fun. Our whole group enjoyed their Virtual Environmental Trivia Challenge and your facilitator catered some of the questions for our participant locations. Wow! Just Wow! The 2022 ADMEI Annual Conference was a smash hit because of special touches like Best Corporate Events’ Jumpstart team building program. Our Bike Build Donation event was fun and very organized. The best part was the Bike Race! The ice breakers were a nice way to discover what commonalities you had with others. A Minute 2 Win It was even better than what I imagined after learning about your company and reading about it online. What an awesome experience from start (initial contact with the company) to finish. Our group really enjoyed it! There was laughter throughout the entire event from the “getting to know you” bits at the beginning to the cookie contest at the end! The networking “games”, grouping people by birth Our lead facilitator Eric was funny and personable, he kept things moving and kept us all engaged.

We just had a very organized Build-a-Guitar program. The activities were great. The ice breakers really got the room engaged and pumped up! The quiz was the most fun and the assembling of the guitars was a great team builder for our group. Your lead Indy was excellent! He was a perfect facilitator for the guitar build.

Loved it! Extremely organized. The coordinators were so helpful and kept us engaged. The fun trick they did to get us to find our groups was different and fun too. When we contacted our charitable partners about what instruments they needed the most for their music programs (other than the guitars through our Build-a-Guitar), they said bass guitars and drums! That was the inspiration for Build-a-Band! We know you can’t build a guitar in an hour because they need to be sanded, stained, coated, and assembled, which takes a whole day and involves gluing necks, drilling holes, and soldering connections. So, we hired a top guitar company to create a guitar kit that could be assembled in an hour and designed our own Instruction booklets. Best Corporate Events has done it again! This time, providing a hugely successful Build a Band Challenge, which took place in our host city of Nashville! Our attendees took part in trivia challenges and were able to build their own band of teammates producing some very creative guitar cases along with working guitars and a drum set! Not to be forgotten was their talent while forming their very own bands with unique names and a few out-of-the-box iPad performances! Our Mini-Golf Build and Food Donation at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The teams brought great energy and friendly competition as they worked hard to design and build their own creative par-3 holes. The competitive spirit was high, but so was the collaboration — each group was fully engaged and determined to create a course that was both fun and functional. Beyond the competition, what truly stood out was the enthusiasm around the service component. The teams were excited to pack the food donations and personally help load them onto the donation truck.
