This Delegation Styles course discusses how to better diagnose employees’ needs, effectively delegate, and set them up for success. We employ an assessment that identifies what area of delegation is most difficult for each participant and the best delegation practices to help develop those areas.

Belbin Behavioral Assessment

The Belbin 360° assessment is a tool used to evaluate an individual’s strengths and weaknesses within a team setting. The 360-degree feedback approach help individuals understand their strengths, improve teamwork and align their roles with their natural abilities.

Strength Finders is a personality and talent assessment that helps individuals identify their natural strengths and how to use them effectively in their personal and professional lives.

Colors Behavioral Assessment

COLORS is a quick Behavioral Assessment, a simplified version of a 4-quadrant instrument. It can be done during the session or in advance and is an expedited and budget-friendly way of identifying participants’ styles.

An Orientation SmartHunt® is an excellent way for students to experience their new school in a way through shared laughter, exploration, learning, fun, and strategy building. Photo missions, video challenges, and trivia questions guide teams on an orienteering scavenger hunt around their new campus. Our SmartHunts® App is loaded on iPads® we provide, and can be customized for your school and your unique goals.

Build-a-Band®

With our corporate CSR event Build-a-Band®, your group will build high-quality guitars, bass guitars, and drum sets to be donated to youth-serving agencies and organizations, and school music programs that are in need of instruments. Your group has the exclusive opportunity to bring the positive power of music to young people in your community!

Virtual Competition to Collaboration®

Virtual Competition to Collaboration is a professionally-facilitated activity-based workshop designed to engage participants in team collaboration and organizational synergy. Utilizing any virtual meeting platform and taking advantage of break-out rooms, this session will initially have participants working on a challenging sub-group initiative that incorporates strategy, decision-making, and time management as you must make each decision in 15 seconds! The game is initially competitive but collaboration and cross-sharing soon become apparent to succeed.

Leading Virtual Teams

Whether you are an experienced or newly appointed virtual leader, you will be given specific tools to help you take your leadership and your team from average to good to great! This course will take some of the great natural abilities of current leaders and give them the skills to translate that into their new role as virtual leaders.
