With our corporate CSR event Build-a-Band™, your group will build high-quality guitars, bass guitars, and drum sets to be donated to youth-serving agencies and organizations, and school music programs that are in need of instruments. Your group has the exclusive opportunity to bring the positive power of music to young people in your community!
Putting for Pets
Putting for Pets is a fun corporate philanthropy event that concludes with the donation of pet food/supplies to local animal shelters and rescue organizations. Your group will design and build a unique one-of-a-kind, miniature golf holes using pet supplies and other building materials. After the course has been built, an entertaining tournament ensues with scoring and fun competition. Your team will experience the joy that comes from giving to fuzzy paws and a worthwhile cause!
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Training
This enlightening program will introduce your group to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment. This tool can dramatically improve team dynamics by identifying personality types and demonstrating how the knowledge of these types can be applied to improve group communication, understanding, and performance. Participants will also gain a comprehensive look at their specific personality traits, and what strengths they bring to the table.
Food Truck Face-Off
Set your team on course for a culinary adventure with Food Truck Face-Off. This is a deliciously exciting competition and bonding experience. After forming into sub-teams, participants will choose a cuisine and theme for their very own “food truck”. Teams will name their company, design a logo, build, decorate and market their truck and cook an original dish. Once the gold-winning team has been chosen, all will be invited to roam from truck to truck and sample all of the tasty creations!
Escape SmartHunt®
We took the popular Escape concept and made it high-tech and portable by adding escape stations and iPads loaded with the SmartHunts app. Teams are now presented with more exciting and enhanced challenges than what are offered at traditional escape room venues. Plus, we can also accommodate large groups so you can have an escape event delivered for any size group at any meeting venue or even downtown in a city!
Emotional Intelligence Training
An Emotionally Intelligent company is one in which each member understands their Emotional Quotient (E.Q.) and how best to tap into it for professional growth. Applying E.I. within an organization can build trust and encourage open communication. This fascinating, informative workshop will cover the case studies on E.I, its six major components and how one can apply their own E.Q. at home and in the workplace.
Orientation SmartHunt®
An Orientation SmartHunt® is an excellent way for students to experience their new school in a way through shared laughter, exploration, learning, fun, and strategy building. Photo missions, video challenges, and trivia questions guide teams on an orienteering scavenger hunt around their new campus. Our SmartHunts® App is loaded on iPads® we provide, and can be customized for your school and your unique goals.
Virtual Presentations Workshop
As our presentations to clients and our staff move to virtual platforms, we struggle with how we can effectively connect with them. Using the “flatness” of video as your presentation medium makes it increasingly challenging to make a lasting impression. Leading Virtual Teams
This virtual workshop will allow you to hone your skills as a leader and manager of virtual teams. Whether you are an experienced or newly appointed virtual leader, you will be given specific tools to help you take your leadership and your team from average to good to great! This course will take some of the great natural abilities of current leaders and give them the skills to translate that into their new role as virtual leaders.
