STEM Backpacks for Kids

STEM Backpacks for Kids is a heart-warming, charitable, program promoting the importance of education in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Teams engage in a series of problem-solving initiatives including our new Brainstorm game and/or Minute 2 Win it activities, MakeDo® Kit construction, and electronic circuitry design to earn items for inclusion in the backpacks. The donation will spark children’s curiosity for learning and experimentation while gaining an understanding of the importance of STEM to their future success.

Helping the Homeless

Your group will be packing backpacks filled with items for homeless men, women, and children. One in 30 children is homeless each year in America, that’s 2.5 million kids. Teams complete a series of fun activitiess to earn the points they need to acquire all the items for the backpacks, which may include clothes and blankets, toiletries and hygiene items, first aid supplies, food, school supplies, and toys for children.

Build-A-Rollator

Build-A-Rollator® is a fun, heartwarming CSR program benefiting disadvantaged people with mobility and standing challenges. These high-quality Rollators feature large 8-inch non-marking wheels, sturdy handbrakes, a fold-up, and removable back support, a padded seat, plastic tray, and bag to store personal items filled with care pack items. Teams will complete fun trivia, photo, and video challenges to gain the points needed to purchase parts and supplies necessary to build the Walker Rollators.

Locate and Donate SmartHunt®

Locate and Donate SmartHunt® is a high-tech, CSR corporate scavenger hunt in which your group navigates through a customized route to complete text, photo, and video challenges on their iPads to earn points. Along the route, teams will have to find our challenge station where they’ll receive a surprise package, if they can successfully complete their challenge. When all the teams’ packages are opened and assembled, the donation is revealed to the group!

Fostering Hope

Fostering Hope is a heartwarming team-building program that culminates with the assembly of backpacks for Adoptive and Foster Care children filled with items recommended by networks that distribute care packs to deserving kids. Your group will complete tasks, challenges, and trivia to gain the points needed to purchase the items your team will need to complete their Fostering Hope care packs.

Wagon Build Donation

Wagon Build Donation benefits underprivileged preschool-age children, providing them with a classic learning tool to boost their coordination, imagination and much more. Teams will build full-size, red wagons for donation to a local charity, loading each one with a stuffed animal and children’s book. This program will leave your team feeling energized and with a sense of accomplishment, knowing they put smiles on the faces of children in need.

Virtual Competition to Collaboration®

Virtual Competition to Collaboration is a professionally-facilitated activity-based workshop designed to engage participants in team collaboration and organizational synergy. Utilizing any virtual meeting platform and taking advantage of break-out rooms, this session will initially have participants working on a challenging sub-group initiative that incorporates strategy, decision-making, and time management as you must make each decision in 15 seconds! The game is initially competitive but collaboration and cross-sharing soon become apparent to succeed.

Corporate Canvas

Nothing says teamwork like a huge Corporate Canvas painted (and signed!) by employees of your company! The perfect addition to any event, many people can paint because all four canvases are paint-by-number and painters (employees) can spend as little or as much time as they want with a brush. Each numbered container of paint represents a different color that corresponds to a number on your Corporate Canvas, so the beauty and success of our final painting is assured.

Race Car Rally

Race Car Rally is an exciting program of fun, race-related activities that enable teams to assemble the race-worthy cars, built for speed, on special Lego car platforms! As teams continually gain points through their challenges, they will be rewarded with trips to our car store to obtain the parts they need for their build. Each team will attempt to build the fastest car on Lego car platforms, picking wheels, blocks, windshields, and even Lego drivers.

DiSC Workshop

In this eye-opening workshop, your group will be introduced to the DiSC Model, a behavior assessment tool that helps professionals understand their own styles of behavior and communication, as well as those of their colleagues. Learning how to manage these styles and identify areas in need of improvement can help participants eliminate bad habits, minimize conflict and improve the overall success of their team.
