On Thursday, February 6, 100 employees from National Tractor Parts Dealer Association (NTPDA) gathered in New Orleans to assemble 70 care packages for active duty military personnel, donated to and distributed by military care package organization HeroBox. They had a great time, contributed to a great cause, and enhanced their relationships with coworkers through collaboration. This was NTPDA’s second annual event hosted with Best Corporate Events.
Michael Libbie, NTPDA Director of Business Development, is also the host of the Insight on Business, the News Hour podcast. At the end of the event, he sat down with our lead facilitator Paul Petrus to talk about BEST; what we do, the early years of the company, how it has evolved, and more. Paul talks about the specifics of the Operation Military Care program the NTPDA group just took part in, and then he and Michael dive into a discussion of team building as a whole.
