Each one is an activity our facilitators have run for groups in Minneapolis, St. Paul or the suburbs, with the venue and the group size it suited.
1. Bike Build Donation
Teams earn bike parts in quick challenges, assemble the bikes, then hand them to local kids at the end. A financial services group of 125 built them at the Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis in August 2026, and our largest Twin Cities build filled the Minneapolis Convention Center with 1,850 people.
2. Mini-golf build with a food donation
Teams design and build mini-golf holes out of canned and boxed food, play the course, then give the food to a local food shelf. A group of 74 ran it at the Rand Tower Hotel downtown in September 2026, and 75 played it at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake.
3. A corporate feud game show
A live host runs survey-style rounds with buzzers and a scoreboard, sized for a 60 to 90 minute slot in a meeting. A healthcare group of 100 played it at Target Center in January 2025, and a financial services team of 50 at the Marquette Hotel in the IDS Center.
4. Crack the Case!
A detective mystery: teams work through clues and puzzles, then pool what they found to solve the final case. A software team of 155 took over Brit’s Pub on Nicollet Mall for it in July 2025.
5. A Minute 2 Win It!
One-minute challenges with cups, balloons and pencils, scored live by our host. It is the easiest pick for a mixed crowd, and a group of 215 played it at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel in Eagan in February 2026.
6. Speed Networking
Short timed rounds with prompts so people meet colleagues from other departments, or from other companies at a conference. It ran for 265 people at the Radisson Blu Mall of America and for 160 at the Hilton Bloomington.
7. STEM Backpacks for Kids
Teams solve science and math challenges to earn school supplies, then pack STEM backpacks for local students. A group of 130 ran it at the Hyatt Regency Bloomington in May 2025, and 90 at the JW Marriott Mall of America.
8. Operation Military Care
Teams earn supplies through trivia and puzzles, then pack and decorate care packages for service members and their families. An agriculture group of 100 ran it at the InterContinental St. Paul Riverfront in April 2025.
9. Bears and Blankets
A charity build sized for one meeting room: teams make teddy bears and blankets for young children in distress. A team of 28 made them at the Westin Edina Galleria in November 2024.
10. Corporate Survivor
Outdoor challenges loosely modeled on the TV show, with tribes, puzzles and relay games. It needs a lawn or a park, so summer is the window: groups of 60 have played it at Hyland Lake Park Reserve in Bloomington and on the Great Lawn at The Promenade in Wayzata.
11. Team Olympics
Teams rotate through field-day events and finish with a medal ceremony, indoors or out. A food and beverage group of 50 played it at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel in Eagan in July 2024.
12. Donation Nation Care Packs
Teams earn supplies in short challenges, then assemble care packs for a shelter or food shelf nearby. It scales up well: a healthcare meeting of 525 built them at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

In Eagan, the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel takes larger meetings, and in St. Paul we work at the InterContinental on the riverfront. Getting there
The METRO Blue Line light rail runs free between the two MSP Airport terminals and continues north to Target Field in downtown Minneapolis and south to Mall of America, so a group staying downtown or in Bloomington can skip the rental cars. The Green Line links downtown Minneapolis with Union Depot in downtown St. Paul.
Matching the room to the group
Downtown, the 9.5-mile skyway joins the convention center and many hotels across 80 blocks, so people can walk from a session to the activity room without coats in January. A build for 200 or more wants the Minneapolis Convention Center or a Bloomington hotel ballroom. For a team of 30 to 80, a hotel meeting room or a private room at a pub on Nicollet Mall suits a game show or a mystery.
