Leading Virtual Teams
This virtual workshop will allow you to hone your skills as a leader and manager of virtual teams. Whether you are an experienced or newly appointed virtual leader, you will be given specific tools to help you take your leadership and your team from average to good to great! This course will take some of the great natural abilities of current leaders and give them the skills to translate that into their new role as virtual leaders. This custom virtual workshop will give you and your hybrid team a roadmap for moving forward while helping to organize yourselves for increased efficiency. Our “Building Your Hybrid Team” workshop focuses on methodologies that your group can use in future meetings, and explore behavioral and work styles and situational leadership approaches. It will help you to create an Objective Statement along with corresponding team goals to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Virtual DiSC Behavioral Assessment
Our “Virtual DiSC Behavioral Assessment” workshop is a response to the sudden changes in the way in which organizations and employees work with each other and engage remotely. This workshop is designed to enhance participants’ ability to understand each other, communicate effectively via technology platforms, and collaborate as a high-functioning remote team. This virtual professional development workshop, designed to evoke self-discovery, serves as a vehicle for open discussion and conversations that will transcend participants’ professional lives.
Conflict Resolution Training
Managing conflict can be the difference between a simple “bump in the road” or lost productivity and long-term animosity in the workplace. A central part of this leadership training workshop will be the introduction of the Thomas Kilmann Inventory assessment. Using the results of this inventory, the facilitator will show how one’s natural conflict-handling styles can be refined. Strategies are introduced and honed to engender a workplace culture that will become better equipped to handle conflict.

Corporate Canvas
Nothing says teamwork like a huge Corporate Canvas painted (and signed!) by employees of your company! The perfect addition to any event, many people can paint because all four canvases are paint-by-number and painters (employees) can spend as little or as much time as they want with a brush. Each numbered container of paint represents a different color that corresponds to a number on your Corporate Canvas, so the beauty and success of our final painting is assured.
