When you watch the video of this Competition to Collaboration™ program, pay particular attention to how unabashedly engaged every single participant is in the activities. We’ve carefully designed each challenge to involve all team members. The more they excel at the task at hand, the more spectacular it is when the big shift comes mid-way through the event: teams have to share best practices with others, positioning their former competition to beat the previous shortest successful time or high score. When engaged teams share detailed strategies with other engaged teams, real bonds are forged, and all participants learn first-hand about skyrocketing together.
