I really did not think that there was a lot that I could gain from Employee Showcase but I was absolutely floored by the results. With each group presenting their department in their own words, it forced us to take complete ownership for what we do and how we showcase it internally. Everyone in my group felt that we had a better understanding of the entire organization and it made us all excited about the work we do!
