Our Food Truck Face-Off lead facilitator Chef Matt had the room well organized and ready to start when we were. He had quite a challenge talking over 600 people. The judging was completed in time for our evening event and the medals were a great hit. The collaboration with the in-house chef was key; they worked well together. Chef Matt is very professional, and a pleasure to work with. It was the right time to do a food truck challenge in our case because we were recently purchased by Kroger. Please thank the entire team that worked to make this event a success. I appreciate the long hours and hard work. Now we can all breathe!
