Sessions 3 and 4 were more than awesome to me! Having the case studies and exercise provided gave me a different perspective on managing conflict and relationships. I really appreciate the time the facilitator took to share her knowledge with us. The sessions have been easy to follow and understand, but with enough depth to give me ideas of how to handle situations within my team. I’m excited and anxious for the next Series!
