I was blown away by the level of thought put into our team-building event by the colleagues at Best Corporate Events. From the backpacks to the app on the iPad, everything was super user-friendly and at the pace of our colleagues. We had a colleague fall ill after the event and she had to leave early, this colleague was apart of the winning team and really gave it her all. Everyone participated with open minds. Everyone worked together as a TEAM and enjoyed the activities. When we requested feedback, many listed what they had learned. The opportunity to get to know people better from the other departments, individuals who normally don’t speak up with ideas did, critical thinking was applied, managers actually listened, communication was unbelievable, there was no “I” in team today, accept corrective criticism, if something didn’t work kept trying for better results. Best team-building E-V-E-R! Wow-what an engaging, dynamic, non-stop fun team-building, experience! It truly engaged everyone; all personality types found their role; analytical, creative, expressive and motivated. With the wide variety of tasks and roles, it made everyone needed and important to the process. We didn’t know one another, but by the end of the event, we were all hugging and high fiving and can’t wait to see each other again.
