The commitment to a common goal of building bikes created an immediate connection for everyone. The use of iPad games along with the bike construction allowed everyone to engage using their talents. On a scale of 1 to 10, an absolute 11! Our facilitator was personable, engaging, entertaining, clear and helped to keep the event moving forward.
