When we contacted our charitable partners about what instruments they needed the most for their music programs (other than the guitars through our Build-a-Guitar), they said bass guitars and drums! That was the inspiration for Build-a-Band! We know you can’t build a guitar in an hour because they need to be sanded, stained, coated, and assembled, which takes a whole day and involves gluing necks, drilling holes, and soldering connections. So, we hired a top guitar company to create a guitar kit that could be assembled in an hour and designed our own Instruction booklets. The guitars are excellent quality; built exclusively for BEST, and they sound great! We added our bass guitar kit with its easy-to-understand instruction book, and added a drum set kit to create Build-a-Band!

Best Corporate Events has done it again!   This time, providing a hugely successful Build a Band Challenge, which took place in our host city of Nashville!  Our attendees took part in trivia challenges and were able to build their own band of teammates producing some very creative guitar cases along with working guitars and a drum set!   Not to be forgotten was their talent while forming their very own bands with unique names and a few out-of-the-box iPad performances!   All was accomplished with the help of a great BEST staff led by Indy Tapar, who was a true professional and a joy to work with. The experience was first rate and capping it off by actually donating the instruments to children took the entire event to a grander level. A truly enjoyable and worthwhile event!

I cannot stress enough how much fun our staff had during the Team Olympics portion of our HSD Spring 2023 Retreat Picnic.  The entire process of hiring BCE, coordination with you, working with Eric and the other facilitators, and ease of payment / working with Jennifer was just amazing.  Although there was a chance the day could have been interrupted by rain, the weather worked out and the activities went on as planned. Eric and his facilitators were very engaging and went out of their way to ensure that everyone participated and had a good time.  We will definitely use BCE for future team-building activities.
