COLORS is a quick Behavioral Assessment, a simplified version of a 4-quadrant instrument like DiSC. It can be done during the session or in advance and is an expedited and budget-friendly way of identifying participants’ styles.

The assessment consists of 12 questions that help identify participants’ highest behavioral tendencies. The results reflect four major behavioral tendencies:
- Red: Bold, direct action-oriented
- Yellow: Enthusiastic, sociable, optimistic
- Green: Supportive, caring, empathetic
- Blue: Analytical, precise, logical
After participants have an opportunity to take the assessment, we then break into groups where we understand people’s strengths, challenges, motivational differences, communication dos and don’ts, and how we can use that to create a high-performance team.
