Earth Wind and Solar blends hands-on STEM learning with social impact. In this energizing event, teams compete in trivia and creative challenges to earn materials, build solar-powered “rovers,” and assemble science kits that are donated to children in need. It’s a high-energy way to promote sustainability, innovation, and giving back – all in one powerful program.

Program Agenda

The event begins with an energizing group activity to build excitement and teamwork. Using a custom game platform, participants complete trivia, photo, and video challenges to earn the supplies they need to assemble their solar rovers and STEM donation kits.

During the hands-on build phase, each team constructs a solar-powered rover and tests it in a friendly race while simultaneously assembling science kits containing three complete Earth, Wind, and Solar STEM projects. Each team will also have the fun of building a “Solar Rover” model and testing them in a solar car race during a fun competition.

The program concludes with a memorable donation ceremony where the completed kits are presented to a children’s organization. Whenever possible, a representative joins to thank participants and share how the kits will inspire and educate the recipients.
