Your lead facilitator was outstanding as was her staff. Due to the rain that day we had a bit of a disaster at our afternoon activity and she really helped us turn the experience around for the group… from grumpy to excited and competitive!!! She was so flexible and on the fly adapted her program to fix our shifting schedule and made it fun and action packed. I just can’t say enough good things about her. My boss, our group, and myself were so happy.
