My group thought this was the best team-building program they have ever done. Our facilitator was awesome, had a great sense of humor, and made the whole event fun. My team especially liked that we received a picture of the boys who received the bikes. The most fun was judging the team cheers. There was not one best team bonding activity because the entire program was fantastic for team building.

I just wanted to send along a note of thanks for your facilitation of Bridge to the Future for our group last week. The team really enjoyed themselves and let loose their engineering and artistic abilities to build a sturdy bridge on which we could all stand together. When ScanSource asked us if we could design a Race Car program for them, we said, “Sure, we can design and deliver just about anything.” Then they told us there would be one 1,000 participants. “No problem!” we replied. Then they told us they wanted their employees to build their own cars…out of Legos! Wow, that’s a lot of Lego pieces we thought. And it was! We first had figured out all the essential parts we needed to buy for each car, like heavy metal Lego car chassis for speed, wheels, drivers, and windshields. Then we order a ton of random Lego pieces for building custom car bodies. But the biggest job came after all the shipments arrived at our production center. We had to make up random kits for each car and put them on a scale so each car kit weighed the same. Our production staff built one of the four-lane, 30-foot tracks complete with a starting gate and automatic electronic scoring board at the end. Then they each assembled a car and the races were on! They had a great time and so will your group – thanks to a request from ScanSource.

I must first say what a pleasure it was being in the company of some wonderful individual last evening at your event. The welcome was very warm and I was humbled with the reception we received. I think our interns really enjoyed the entire Donation Nation Care Packs program. The use of the iPads to do team activities and collaborate together was great and your lead facilitator was phenomenal. He was on time, organized and enthusiastic throughout the entire day! The program was interactive and competitive but most of all rewarding. We had a speaker come in from the organization that was accepting the donations so this really helped resonate the charitable aspect with the group. Thanks again for all of your help and for thinking of nearly everything in order to make it a smooth and successful event!

Our Bears and Blankets program was extremely organized and your lead facilitator was …AH MAZING! The icebreakers were really fun and executed perfectly. We always love to give back to our community and to give back while having fun doing it, was the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend your company and you will be seeing us at IGT again soon. Huge success!

The best “team building” aspect of our Build-a-Wheelchair program was the interactive questions and tasks that needed to be done together on the iPads. The most fun was building and racing the wheelchairs. I would like to thank you for a great, smooth running event and experience. It really brought team members together and we received mostly great feedback. Your staff was very professional and I appreciate all you did. Thank you again for your help and your lead facilitator, who was great with our group as well.

On behalf of all of us at Boston Scientific, I want to thank each of you for making this day an amazing event. Your lead was an excellent host and got the team involved from the very first minute and we are so thankful for his leadership throughout this fun activity. Listening to Maurice from the YMCA speak about the kids and the impact the YMCA has on their lives was truly remarkable. Keep making a difference each and every day and you will change lives both in the short term, but more importantly in the long term. Lastly, the kids you brought were amazing young people. It was tough to say goodbye, but I do hope we stay in contact as we want to learn more about how they are doing. What a great day, we are lucky to be a part of it. Thank you. We just completed a very organized Go-Kart Competition team-building program. Your facilitator was a great host! He also opened the whole experience up with an icebreaker, which wonderfully transitioned our group into the competition. The group really enjoyed the activities and race was a lot of fun!
