Your lead facilitator did an excellent job of bringing the team together from the beginning of the event until the end. It was overall a very positive, team building experience that everyone enjoyed very much. The friendly competition throughout the event was the most fun. We have done food drives and donation drives in the past but having the ability to play a key part in putting the bikes together allowed them to feel more involved in providing the support.
