Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for such an amazing Bike Build Donation event last week. Jane and I were thrilled with the response from our finance team. You were amazing, your crew was great, and everything was perfect. Thank you for executing so flawlessly. I wanted to let you know that I did a post in our internal admin group highly recommending our teams get more involved in community service types of off-sites that show our impact and called out Best Corporate Events! The interaction during the program made it fun. Having to pair up with someone we didn’t know on the last exercise forced us to work with and relate to someone unfamiliar and adapt to their skills, personality, style. I think the fact that we were error free with our puzzle pieces ended on a high note and made people feel like we have a great ability for teamwork. The reaction has been very strongly positive. Being a law firm, our folks can be skeptical and slow to adapt but they were engaged immediately and participated without any difficulty thanks to the skilled facilitation.

We received great feedback from our teams. They all enjoyed their A Minute Win It event! It was extremely well organized and I think all areas of the program were fun. Everyone was engaged and cheering on their team-mates. Thanks for everything!

Watching everyone design their t-shirts for the bears after learning the reason for the activity was fun. It became a competition for some tables to have the most creative and cheerful shirts. I think they really enjoyed the program. There were lots of Selfies and smiles going around when showing off their bears. It was a fun event!

Build-a-wheelchair for veterans was a great cause. The program was fun and encouraged thinking outside the box. I liked being able to move throughout the iPad challenges without having to do everything in order. Allowing the groups to loosen up and not be so straightforward was a good team building experience. Taking pictures in different themes made it fun. A special thank you to your staff for the great job they did keeping the event going, no one was bored. It will be an event we will definitely do again. And, I will definitely pass along the name of Best Corporate Events.

The whole event was great and everyone worked really well together answering the challenge questions. Completing with the other groups to get to see who could finish the wheelchairs first was fun. Everyone loved the activities and charitable aspect of the program.

It was fun having members of our different business units working together to accomplish the same goal. We had a number of new employees and I think this was a great way to get people to know each other, working as a team. I think everyone enjoyed the “game” portion of the activity as well as the actual wagon build. They had a lot of fun going through the paces to earn points for the building parts. The event was super organized and our lead kept the group in order and under control. The program was highly received by everyone and the charitable aspect was a huge hit.

Our A Minute 2 Win It program was very organized. We are an international company, so the best team building aspect of the program was getting to know each other for the first time. Our group enjoyed all the activities especially ping-pong and back flip. Thank you so much.

Our Build-a-Wheelchair event in Bangalore, India turned out to be a high-energy event dedicated to such a wonderful cause. Thanks for running the show. You guys made it look simple. It was plain joy and a pleasure meeting your lead facilitators to learn about each other’s culture. We had over 750 participants build 209 wheelchairs in 75 minutes! Thanks everyone for your support and helping put together the first giving back initiative for the combined Dell technologies team. Cheers!

It’s been a while since I first contacted your sales department to ask about what we might work on together… phew! We’ve covered a lot of ground since then with 4 big programs in 3 countries building a total of over 800 wheelchairs! A BIG thank you for everything that we managed to achieve.
