I started a Thanksgiving Giveback program for my office last year. The lead facilitator took charge to get everyone engaged with icebreakers that got people talking and laughing. The filling of the backpacks was the focus and I was happy to see there were quality items provided. This program was successful because of the coordinated efforts of the employees of BEST who came through with the supplies and iPads, all arrived on time. The event was so much fun and we felt good sharing with those less fortunate than us. Your lead arranged for a rep from a local San Francisco charity to accept our gifts and tell us about their mission. Working with a San Francisco charity was important to the employees. THANK YOU for going above and beyond to make our Giveback event a complete success.
