Virtual Speed Networking is the perfect virtual networking event to promote camaraderie and enhance relationships through a fun series of game-type challenges mixed with meaningful discussions. This program has two great design options. The first one is the perfect break from traditional virtual meetings for participants who already know each other, as a fun way to enjoy each other’s company, enhance camaraderie, and strengthen bonds. The second option is for newly formed teams or project groups – such as orientation, interns, or onboarding – to get to know each other better through engaging conversations and fun team activities.
Program Agenda
The experience begins with a fun icebreaker, such as Categories or Signature Hunt, to energize the group. Participants are then assigned to small breakout rooms where they engage in quick discussions or light challenges. Afterward, everyone returns to the main room for a full-group interactive game, before being reshuffled into new breakout groups. This fast-paced sequence continues through four to six unique rounds, each with fresh prompts or activities. The session ends with a group reflection and shoutouts, leaving everyone energized and more connected.

I just wanted to send a quick note of thanks for the great Virtual Speed Networking workshop with the CCBC Student Life leaders. We loved all of the fun challenges you presented and the opportunity to get to know each other. I especially loved that it was a low-pressure way for some of our newer leaders to get acquainted with the group. If the spring semester keeps us limited to more virtual programming, I will definitely be looking at your other programs!!! Thanks again!
