3. A corporate feud game show
A live host runs survey-style rounds with buzzers, scoreboards and team captains. It suits a 60 to 90 minute slot in a meeting agenda; a healthcare group of 110 played it at the NJHA Conference Center on Alexander Road.
4. Kids Rock
Teams build children's rocking chairs and bears, then donate them to young patients or families nearby. A group of 85 ran it at the Princeton Marriott at Forrestal in June 2026.
5. Project Alzheimer's
Groups assemble activity kits for people living with memory loss, with a short talk on how the kits are used. It has run at the Princeton Marriott at Forrestal for life-sciences teams of 60 and 90.
6. Earth, Wind and Solar
Teams build working solar and wind models and race them, which plays well with the engineers and scientists along the Route 1 corridor. A group of 250 ran it at the Hyatt Regency Princeton in February 2026.
7. Comfort care packs
A packing build with games between rounds: teams assemble comfort packs for people in cancer treatment. It needs only banquet tables, so it fits any Princeton meeting room; a group of 80 ran it at the Hyatt Regency.
8. A Minute 2 Win It!
One-minute challenges with cups, balloons and pencils, scored live by our host. It is the easiest pick for a mixed crowd, and a group of 175 played it at the Princeton Marriott at Forrestal.
9. Bridge to the Future
Each team builds one section of a bridge without seeing the others, then the sections have to meet in the middle. A group of 140 ran it in a function room at the Nassau Inn on Palmer Square.
10. Build-A-Guitar
Teams earn parts, assemble acoustic guitars, then play them before donating them to a youth music program. A group of 105 built them at the Princeton Marriott at Forrestal.
11. Speed Networking
Short timed rounds with prompts so people meet colleagues from other teams, which helps at a kickoff when two divisions meet for the first time. It ran at the Hyatt Regency Princeton for a group of 75.
12. City SmartHunt in downtown Princeton
Teams use iPads to solve clues, take photo challenges and race between stops around Palmer Square and along Nassau Street, finishing back at a hotel or restaurant for scores.
