1. A Minute 2 Win It!
One-minute challenges with cups, balloons and ping pong balls, scored live by our host. A retail team of 75 played it at the Baton Rouge Marriott in September 2023, and groups of 50 to 74 have played it at the Courtyard Houma down the bayou.
2. A corporate feud game show
Survey-style rounds with buzzers, a scoreboard and team captains, built to slot into a meeting agenda. A group of 81 played our feud format at L'Auberge Casino Hotel Baton Rouge, the riverfront resort south of downtown.
3. Corporate Survivor
Tribes compete in reward and immunity challenges, then vote on who stays, with the strategy talk kept friendly. A group of 115 ran it at the Hilton New Orleans Airport in Kenner in October 2022, a handy base for teams flying in from across the state.
4. Bike Build Donation
Teams earn parts in quick challenges, assemble the bikes, then present them to local children at the end. A group of 95 built them in a pavilion on the River Road in Garyville, halfway between Baton Rouge and New Orleans.
5. Competition to Collaboration
Teams start out racing each other and find out midway that they only win by sharing resources. A group of 85 ran it at that same Garyville riverside pavilion, a good pick for a leadership offsite outside the city.
6. A charity game show
The game show format with a cause: points won turn into donations for a local nonprofit. A group of 92 played it at the Hyatt Centric French Quarter in November 2023, and it fits any Baton Rouge ballroom just as well.
7. Donation Nation care packs
Teams play short games to earn supplies, then pack care kits for a charity chosen with you. It needs only banquet tables, and a group of 100 packed kits at the Renaissance Pere Marquette in March 2020.
8. A City SmartHunt downtown
Teams carry iPads between the State Capitol, the Old State Capitol and the riverfront, solving clues and taking photo challenges. It is our most booked activity in Louisiana, and the walkable blocks downtown give Baton Rouge a natural route for it.

Getting there
Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR), on Jackie Cochran Drive north of downtown, has service from American, Delta and United. Teams coming from farther away often fly into Louis Armstrong New Orleans International instead and drive west on I-10, which is why a hotel near that airport in Kenner works for a statewide group.
Picking the right size of room
A crowd of 100 or more needs banquet tables for a build, so book a hotel ballroom or space at the Raising Cane's River Center convention center downtown. Smaller teams fit a hotel meeting room or your own office for a game show or a packing build. Outdoor activities work best from October to April, before the summer heat sets in.
