It was great to see people working together in person to complete a project, people who usually work on the phone together, some not at all, to complete a very time consuming task. In my opinion, the most fun was watching and participating in the go-kart race and the beginning icebreaker. I appreciated everything starting and ending on time. Time management is very important to the Quality Team, especially since our time was limited. Judging from the looks on everyone’s face, everyone really enjoyed it. We’ll recommend it to anyone!

The best part of our Igniting Team Performance program was the way the facilitator incorporated and reinforced that the team building program is about communication, about collaboration, about working together in the work place for a common result regardless of the individual department goals and individual performance goals. This was a great teambuilding event. I got to meet different people in different functions within Ethicon. We also got to build wheelchairs for the wounded soldiers and test driving them to see how they worked.
