1. Build-A-Guitar
Teams earn parts in quick challenges, assemble acoustic guitars from kits, tune them and play before the guitars go to young musicians. A group of 59 built them at the Crowne Plaza Seattle Downtown in August 2026, and a healthcare team of 100 did the same across the lake at the Westin Bellevue.
2. Best Corporate Feud at the Edgewater
Survey rounds, buzzers and a live host, run like the TV show with colleagues as the contestants. A manufacturing team of 44 played it at the Edgewater Hotel on Pier 67 in February 2026, with Elliott Bay outside the windows.
3. City SmartHunt from the Fairmont Olympic
Teams carry iPads around downtown, solving clues and taking photo challenges between stops. A healthcare group of 75 started and finished theirs at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel on University Street, and a route can run down to Pike Place Market and the waterfront.
4. Chocolate Architect
Teams win candy and chocolate in iPad challenges, then build a themed structure out of it for the judges. A pharmaceutical team of 88 built theirs at Art Marble 21, the game lounge on Westlake Avenue near Lake Union, in June 2022.
5. Bike Build Donation at the Museum of Flight
Teams earn bike parts, put the bikes together and hand them to local kids at the close. An aerospace group of 30 ran it at the Museum of Flight on East Marginal Way, which rents its galleries for private events.
6. Bridge to the Future
Out of cardboard and duct tape, every team makes its own span, decorated with its goals, and the sections have to join and hold the group's weight. A software team of 50 built one at the downtown convention center, now the Seattle Convention Center.
7. Mini-golf build near the airport
Teams design and build mini-golf holes, putt a round on them, and the canned food that weighted each hole goes to a food bank. A group of 62 ran it at Cedarbrook Lodge in SeaTac, a few minutes from the airport, and 300 people played one in a Bellevue hotel ballroom.
8. Kids Rock at Salish Lodge
Teams build rocking chairs, rocking horses and stuffed animals for children served by local hospitals and community centers. A telecom group ran it at Salish Lodge above Snoqualmie Falls in December 2017 with 135 people and came back the next December with 185.
9. Fostering Hope
Teams earn points in games and trivia, then spend them on care pack items for adopted children and kids in the care system. A manufacturing team of 55 packed them at Willows Lodge in Woodinville in July 2019.
10. Helping the Homeless
Groups pack bags with clothing, blankets, hygiene items and food for people experiencing homelessness, earning each item through short challenges. A telecom team of 50 filled them at McMenamins Anderson School, the 1931 schoolhouse turned hotel in Bothell.
11. Earth, Wind and Solar
Teams earn parts through trivia, build solar-powered rovers and race them, then pack science kits for kids. It suits the engineering and cloud teams around South Lake Union and Bellevue and fits a standard hotel meeting room.
12. A Minute 2 Win It!
Our host runs a string of sixty-second games with ping-pong balls, stacked cups and balloons, and keeps score on screen. With no build to set up, it fits a lunch hour in your own office or a private room at a Capitol Hill bar.

Getting there
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) lies south of the city. Sound Transit's Link 1 Line leaves from SeaTac/Airport Station, a walk across the sky bridge from the terminal, and stops downtown at Westlake, Symphony and Pioneer Square. Cedarbrook Lodge runs a free shuttle to SEA, which makes it an easy pick for a fly-in group.
Picking the right size of room
Our builds need about 25 square feet per person and Bridge to the Future about 40, so a group of 100 wants a hotel ballroom. Art Marble 21 on Westlake Avenue holds up to 650 for a game show, and Rhein Haus on Capitol Hill takes up to 500 across the whole venue. A packing build for 30 fits a large conference room in your office.
