Team Cooking Challenge
Team Cooking Challenge is a savory corporate cooking team building event! Our Lead Chef facilitator will make your participants feel like chef contestants on TV when they form your group into teams and prepare them for competition.
Our Team Cooking Challenge now features Apple iPads® delivering text, audio and video clues, culinary trivia, exciting gaming challenges, and the ability to capture and save all your memories of this delicious event with photos and video of your team in action.
Before creating any masterpiece, every chef knows a toque (hat) is required! So armed with instructions and materials, all participants will construct and decorate their own chef’s hat which they will don to start the competition. Teams will be given the ingredients and a dish description but not a specific recipe, and that’s where the teambuilding comes in! In addition to preparing their dishes, teams will complete text, photo, and video challenges using iPads we provide.
After everything has been prepared, the venue’s kitchen staff will complete the dishes that need to be cooked. This is each team’s opportunity to decorate their space on the display table. Team Cooking Challenge encourages creativity, experimentation, division of duties, and team support to come up with the best overall product.
Our cooking team building program can be delivered as a cooperative effort or as a competition by incorporating a judging panel. Dishes will be judged on presentation and taste and Culinary Medals of Honor can be presented to the winning teammates. And yes, you can now eat everything in the room. Bon Appetit!
To ensure a great experience, aspects of this cooking team building program may be modified to benefit your group size, group makeup, and time available.

"Our Team Cooking Challenge was absolutely wonderful. Your facilitator was terrific. We had many people skeptical in the beginning about cooking and team building but EVERYONE round up having a good time. It was so fun, the food even turned out well and nobody left hungry. Everything went smoothly thanks to your team and the hotel staff. We had some vendors with us for this event and they thought it was one of the most fun team activities they had every done and even asked for your contact information. Thank you so much for everything!"Holly - SAF - Holland
