Our Speed Networking events start with a fun and engaging program launch activity and will then transition to a series of get-to-know-you games and interactive discussions designed to promote camaraderie and enhance relationships!
We kick things off immediately with a fast-paced group energizer such as our “20 Statement Scavenger Hunt.” Next, individuals will sit at assigned tables and engage in a 10 to 15 minute mini-session that includes conversation based on a thought-provoking networking question.
After rotating to new table assignments, groups will then experience a fun team building activity with our Tower activity, an event requiring them to construct the tallest tower possible utilizing only the materials provided.
Once completed, teams will celebrate their success and then move to yet another table group based on a previously established matrix, which ensures that everyone is meeting and interacting with different participants.
Individuals will network; rotate to new table groups, and complete new tasks all while engaging in icebreaker activities like Card System, Two Truths and a Lie and a Best Day Info-Share. With each team building activity specifically chosen based on fun and networking opportunities, there is a wonderful buzz and energy in the room as all of the tables are alive with conversation.
Each rotation opens doors to new relationship building and the strengthening of existing bonds. It is speed networking at its best! These events are wonderful stand-alone activities, or can be delivered at a luncheon or dinner.
To ensure a great experience, aspects of these team building activities may be modified for your group size, group makeup, time available, and other variables.

"With your Speed Networking program, I’ve learned a great deal about people whom I do not usually associate with at work. Having the opportunity to network with this many people in such a short amount of time was amazing. Not only do I feel more connected to the other departments, I was also able to identify some colleagues that I will stay in touch with to cross-share information about our clients. There is no doubt that this session will help me grow in the company."Linda - Exxon Mobil
"I've been meaning to send this letter for over a week now. In a way, it is a testament to the lasting impression your team had on me, and many others who participated in the team building experience. The day exceeded our expectations. The event was rich with opportunities to develop relationships and teamwork, and, as we hoped, was a lot of fun! I look forward to working with you again."Mary - DuPont Pharmaceuticals Co.
"Personally, I walked away with many valuable takeaways, including a newfound appreciation for the strengths of the individuals in this group and a stronger belief in our ability to pull together and meet and exceed our goals."Kevin - Bose
"This was a very good workshop that kept everyone actively involved. The facilitator was fantastic. It made me aware of how I can improve my listening skills and how important those skills are in so many facets of life - not just work. It reinforced the message that communication is key."Brittany - Horizon Management
"I was very impressed in your ability at the conclusion of an exercise to tie back the outcome to ‘real life’ work experience. I look forward to setting up additional programming in the future."Lori - Reebok
